The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of May 17-21 teases that we’ll see Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) continue to lose his sense of reality and confess killing Vinny to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) will have an Eye on Fashion interview that’ll be followed by Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) fury.
Things will start off well enough for Liam when his romantic evening with Hope turns passionate. The real problems will come the morning after since Liam will seem on edge and somber.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will pick up on a strange vibe as Liam battles more guilt and feels like his grip on reality is slipping away.
Liam’s mood will worsen throughout the day and leave Hope deeply worried. She’ll think Liam should be happy that they’re bonding again, so she won’t understand his behavior at all.
Hope will finally call Liam out over his weird mood and insist they have to communicate if they want this relationship to work. Hope pushes Liam to just be honest about what’s upsetting him. The new weekly preview for the week of May 17 indicates Liam begins to confess to accidentally killing Vinny while Hope listens in disbelief!
Bill will unleash his wrath on Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) for asking too many questions. Wyatt’s suspicions over the bickering between Bill and Liam will be a nuisance for Bill, but they could become a much bigger issue if Wyatt keeps this up.
B&B spoilers say Liam will eventually surprise Thomas by giving him an apology that’s rather odd. It’ll no doubt tie in with Vinny Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death and leave Thomas baffled since he won’t think Liam’s to blame for anything.
Even so, Thomas will be grateful that Liam understands a man’s life was lost. After Thomas does that Eye on Fashion interview at Spencer Publications, he’ll become an unwelcome visitor in Bill’s office. Thomas will find Bill’s attitude toward dead Vinny cruel, so he’ll be sure to say so.
Bill will think Thomas has some nerve coming in there unannounced and stirring up trouble. Since Bill hates Thomas for his past mistakes, he won’t hesitate to run down his list of grievances.
However, Wyatt will pop up again to help deal with all the conflict. Bill will get rid of Thomas as soon as he can, but you can bet Bill will be nervous about the hit-and-run cover-up.
Brooke will be tickled pink over Liam and Hope’s marriage being on solid ground again, but Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will caution her about expecting too much.
Ridge will feel like Brooke needs to dial down her enthusiasm or else she might set herself up for disappointment if there’s another “Lope” snag.
