The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of the May 31-June 4 teases that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will have a devastating meltdown, so Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will step up to offer comfort. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will also begin his new life behind bars, so let’s discuss what you can expect in the week ahead.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will hold out hope that there’s still time to talk Liam out of giving his formal confession. B&B fans know Bill’s got a bad feeling about how this will all turn out.
He doesn’t trust that the justice system will be on Liam’s side – and Hope’s not so sure it will be either, particularly since Bill launched a shady cover-up.
That cover-up should present some real problems as Liam tries to explain what happened. Liam will pull a bit of a con and make it so Bill can’t stop his admission of guilt.
From there, Liam will tell Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) all about how he ran Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) down after he popped up out of nowhere.
Liam will assure Baker that he never meant to hurt Vinny and has been truly torn up over this. However, Baker will wonder why Liam fled the scene – and why Vinny’s wallet was missing along with his phone.
What about the missing car that Vinny was hit with? Liam won’t have satisfactory answers to Baker’s questions since he won’t want to pass blame onto Bill.
Baker will have no choice but to arrest Liam, who’ll get Hope’s forgiveness before he’s handcuffed and hauled away. Liam will begin his new life in a jail cell, though he’ll still have to face trial if it comes to that.
Bill will probably try to get Liam out on bail in the meantime, but he’ll have bigger problems since he’ll end up going to Baker and trying to explain as well.
Deputy Chief Baker will fume as he struggles to nail down the truth, but he’ll keep doing his best to wade through this messy investigation.
Bill’s arrest is probably looming as well, but Hope will have a chance to rip into him until then. Hope will feel robbed of her happily ever after with Liam and will blame Bill for it.
Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be stunned after Hope breaks down in tears and explains Liam’s role in the hit-and-run. Hope will reveal how Bill turned an accident into a crime, so Brooke may give Bill a piece of her mind soon, too.
Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will get updates on their baby’s gender, so that’ll bring the news of whether Kelly Spencer’s (Avalon and Collette Gray) getting a new brother or sister.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Finn, Steffy and the Forrester family will definitely look forward to this impending arrival!
