The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Wednesday, April 28, tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will have to answer Deputy Chief Bradley Baker’s (Dan Martin) question calmly and carefully.
Baker just asked Liam if he murdered Vincent “Vinny” Walker (Joe LoCicero), but Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) piped up to insist that of course Liam didn’t. He’s now pushing Liam to defend himself against Baker’s accusation.
Liam’s advantage here is that Vinny’s death was an accident. When Liam assures Baker that he didn’t murder Vinny, that’ll be the truth! However, Liam will have to play it cool as he answers and avoid stirring up even more suspicion.
Deputy Chief Baker might try asking the question another way or wonder if Liam might be lying to keep himself out of prison. Baker isn’t going to just take Liam’s word for it and immediately leave.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Bill will feel like this interrogation could head south quickly. He’ll do whatever he can to lead Liam to the answers he thinks are best and send Baker out the door.
Once Deputy Chief Baker is gone, Liam will somehow feel both relieved and more panicked than ever! Liam will be glad he was able to avoid getting arrested on the spot, but he’ll know Baker’s taking a closer look at him now.
Naturally, Bill will insist Liam just has to keep his mouth shut about what really happened and concentrate on his family. Since Liam came to Bill’s office with the intention of discussing his good news, he’ll ultimately shift gears and talk about moving back in the cabin.
Bill will think it’s great that Liam will be getting back to his normal life with Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and the kids. Liam will agree when Bill reiterates that the secret has to remain between them.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will plan to settle down and avoid making Hope suspicious – at least more suspicious than she already is!
Liam will know it’s not going to be easy, but this will mark a turning point where he really commits to that goal of deceiving Hope long-term and preserving what matters most to him.
Nevertheless, Liam’s guilt will make it difficult to stick to that goal in the coming episodes. In the meantime on Wednesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will ruin the celebration.
Brooke was excited to hear about Liam coming home, but she’ll soon trash Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and fear he’ll make trouble now that Hope’s reconciled with Liam.
Hope will think Brooke’s seeing problems where there aren’t any and will likely urge Brooke to accept the peace their blended family has found.
Even so, Brooke will have a sinking feeling that Thomas’ obsessive tendencies will remain an issue – whether that be through Thomas’ fixation on Hope or his new fixation on bringing down Vinny’s killer. She’ll deliver a warning and encourage Hope to stay on guard!
