The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for Wednesday, December 22, teases that Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) mother-in-law ban will be ignored as Sheila Forrester (Kimberlin Brown) faces a Christmas curveball. Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will shake things up with a suggestion soon, so B&B viewers will see plenty of holiday mayhem.
Brooke Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) latest conversation with Taylor took a tense turn as she grilled her rival about her love life.
It’s obvious Brooke is uneasy about the idea of Taylor swooping in and stealing Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), but she’s trying to play it cool.
Despite the conflict of the past and the friction happening now, Brooke’s wondering if it’s possible for the two of them to be friends.
Taylor will battle concerns about Brooke’s ulterior motives – and Brooke will do the same since their rivalry’s roots run deep.
However, Brooke and Taylor’s families are awfully intertwined, so an attempt at friendship is their best option right now.
Taylor and Brooke will try to find a peaceful path forward, but more hostility should be looming in the months ahead. Meanwhile, Sheila mull over just how bad things could get for her.
Sheila will hate the idea of Taylor strengthening Steffy’s ban on John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) time with his birth mother and will demand a fresh start.
Sheila is sick and tired of waiting to be part of her own son’s life.
Sheila will be frustrated enough to take a visit with Finn and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Piper Harriot) by force, especially since Christmas is just around the corner.
Sheila will use that twisted brain of hers to come up with a plan. She’ll apparently want to ambush Finn during his upcoming family gathering and barge her way into the cliff house if need be.
Sheila won’t think it’s fair that Hayes and Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray) get to spend time with Grandma Taylor while she’s left out in the cold.
Although Sheila will expect a fierce fight, she’ll be pleasantly surprised when Taylor pressures Steffy to let her join the holiday bash.
Taylor certainly won’t trust Sheila, but she’ll view this as a chance to judge for herself whether Sheila is the changed woman she claims to be.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor will impress Sheila within the next couple episodes, but they could head back into enemy territory sooner or later.
