The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, October 13 Recap – Liam Sabotages Deacon & Hope – Sheila’s Outburst

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, October 13, reveals that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) sabotaged Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) and Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) progress – and obsessed Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) had a major outburst.

At Forrester Creations on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Hope was distracted when Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) approached her with a design debate. Hope eventually admitted it was because Deacon was back in town and took a conference call.

When Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) joined Thomas and Zende, she got updates on the Deacon situation. Thomas received a message about the deal closing on his new house, so he mentioned that he’d sublet his old apartment.

After Thomas realized Paris still needed a place to live, he offered that furnished apartment for free. Paris was reluctant at first since it was such a generous gift, but she ultimately agreed as long as she paid for it. Thomas offered to let Paris check it out, so they headed over right away.

Paris thought the apartment was great and ended up e-signing the sublease while Thomas was bringing in her stuff from the car. As a gesture of gratitude, Paris wanted to grab some wings from the place Thomas mentioned nearby.

Thomas thought that sounded like a great plan, but he got a call from his realtor and learned the deal fell through. He explained the situation to Paris and guessed he wouldn’t be moving after all.

In Sheila’s room, she clanked the spoon against hungover Deacon’s coffee cup and suggested she thought he could hold his liquor better than that.

Deacon wondered if Sheila was expecting more last night than him passing out. Sheila said she wouldn’t touch Deacon even if she wanted to slap him!

Sheila wanted to discuss their plan to be in their children’s lives, but Deacon thought it was a mistake to come there. He knew he couldn’t associate with Sheila and vowed to get through to Hope on his own today.

After donning a baseball cap and sunglasses, Deacon managed to sneak in Forrester Creations. He was sorry for coming like this, but he needed Hope to know he was different now.

Hope wondered why she should believe Deacon, so he explained how he’d read her letter when she thought she lost Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez).

It broke Deacon when he couldn’t comfort Hope, so he vowed to do whatever it took to be part of her life.

Deacon knew he could be the father Hope deserved if she’d just give him a chance. He wanted to be part of Beth’s life as well, but Hope suggested they slow down and try coffee or lunch in a public place.

Hope argued that sneaking in Forrester Creations wasn’t a good idea, but Deacon wondered if that was her talking or the naysayers.

Suddenly, Liam appeared and asked “what the hell” Deacon was doing there. Deacon insisted that like it or not, he was Hope’s father. He wanted a relationship with his daughter and added that he wanted to see Beth.

“Absolutely not!” Liam barked before ordering Deacon to get out.

Deacon decided he’d go since he didn’t want to fight, but he told Hope that she’d grown into an exceptional woman. He reminded Hope of his love before taking off – leaving Hope to scold Liam over how harsh he’d been.

Deacon reconvened with Sheila and grumbled about Liam talking to him like a “piece of garbage.” Sheila thought she was facing a similar situation with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

When Deacon suggested maybe they should both just quit, Sheila wouldn’t hear of it. She became quite agitated over Deacon’s insistence that Sheila would never have a relationship with her son or grandson.

Deacon acted like Sheila should back off before she went too far since she was becoming obsessed – and everyone knows how Sheila gets when she’s obsessed!

Sheila ranted that a blood bond couldn’t be broken and didn’t like Deacon’s defeatist attitude. There was nothing Sheila hated more than a coward and someone who gives up.

Sheila confirmed that she would indeed have a place in John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan’s (Piper Harriot) lives. She was fine with being obsessed with that and was surprised Deacon wasn’t fighting harder for Hope.

If Deacon wanted to go crawling back into the bottle he came out of, Sheila said he could go right ahead.

As for Sheila, she refused to stop until she got what she wanted. “I always get what I want…I always get what I want,” Sheila snarled.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Sheila and Deacon will create some curveballs in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
