The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for the week of February 15-19 tease that the CBS soap will finally get back in action following the latest preemptions. B&B fans are eager to learn what’s next, so we’ve got the scoop for you. Here are some of the brewing bombshells for the week ahead.
After Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) gather with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), there’ll be a sense of nervous anticipation about the paternity test results. Hope will commit to rebuilding her relationship with Liam if Finn’s the father like they all want.
However, Hope will want Steffy’s assurance that things are going to change moving forward. Steffy will make a deal with Hope to take a step back and not be so present in Liam and Hope’s life together. It’ll be something Steffy gladly agrees to, but it won’t stick thanks to the paternity blow that’s coming.
As for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), he’ll talk to Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) about these imminent paternity test results. Since Hope’s happiness is Thomas’ priority, he’ll let Brooke and Ridge know that he truly wants Finn to be the “baby daddy.”
Of course, part of Brooke will have to wonder if Thomas is putting on an act. It’ll be tough for Brooke to buy Thomas’ attitude adjustment, but The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers point to some sort of deal being struck between Thomas and Brooke soon.
In the meantime, let’s get back to the paternity results and the moment when Dr. Campbell (Tina Huang) will finally reveal them. Steffy will long to hear that Finn is the father of her baby, but Dr. Campbell will break the news that the baby belongs to Liam instead.
Hope’s heart will sink, so she’ll break down in tears at the cabin as a helpless Liam looks on. Liam will want to comfort Hope, but there won’t be much he can do.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will fight to keep his marriage intact, but it’ll crumble more and more by the second.
Liam will take some time to mull over the fact that he’s going to have another child with Steffy and realize it changes his future. Finn will be in a similar boat as he deals with this difficult blow and struggles over not being this baby’s father.
Nevertheless, Finn will make his feelings to Steffy crystal clear soon after. This isn’t the outcome Finn would’ve preferred, but he’ll move past his disappointment and know what he has to do.
Finn will still want to move forward with Steffy and build the future they planned. It’ll just look a little different than Finn and Steffy wanted.
As for Liam, Finn will want to get a few things straight with Steffy’s ex and nail down some firm boundaries. Finn certainly won’t be willing to tolerate any more scenarios that could lead to Steffy and Liam cheating again.
Over with Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones), she’ll pop back in Los Angeles for a visit. Since Brooke should have updates on the paternity outcome by then, she’ll confide in Bridget and wish things would’ve worked out the way Hope wanted.
Brooke and Bridget will inevitably worry that Hope and Liam’s marriage isn’t going to survive.
Next, Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) will meet up with Thomas, who’ll insist he only wants Hope to be happy.
Thomas will think that means Hope and Liam should try to work through their issues, but Vinny will disagree. He’ll start nudging Thomas to pursue Hope and win her back for himself.
Ridge will eventually find out what Vinny’s up to and make it clear to Thomas that his buddy’s got it all wrong. Pursuing Hope would only end in disaster as far as Ridge is concerned, so he’ll warn Thomas not to even think about it.
Naturally, we have to wonder why Vinny will be so insistent that Thomas should chase after Hope. Is it because Vinny made certain the paternity results pointed to Liam as the father? It seems likely that’ll be a twist that’s revealed at some point in this storyline.
Over with Eva (Kelly Kruger) the Forrester International publicist, she’ll help Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) out on a project that relates to the Forrester foundation. It’ll be great to see these three ladies coming together to brainstorm.
Once Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wraps up a Young and the Restless crossover episode and gets back from a trip to Genoa City, he’ll fill Liam in on how it went.
Liam should learn about a run-in between Bill and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), so maybe this will distract Liam from his paternity woes for a while.
Bill should find out that Steffy’s expecting another child with Liam and offer sympathy in his own “Dollar Bill” way. Finally, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) will grill Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) and Zende Forrester-Dominguez (Delon de Metz) about their flirtations.
Carter will be furious over the text Zende sent that tried to pump the brakes on Zoe’s deepening romance with Carter.
All of this will leave Carter feeling like Zende betrayed him just as much as Zoe did, so look for Carter to warn Paris about Zende soon enough. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say some exciting scenes are on the way, so stay tuned to B&B.
