The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that there are some good opportunities for a big return on the CBS soap. B&B fans have certainly been missing Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) – and her absence has been glaring during several rounds of family mayhem.
Taylor has missed major health emergencies for her children and really should’ve been around for the latest baby drama, too.
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) could use their mom on canvas permanently, but most B&B viewers would settle for a visit at this point.
Even if the show can’t lock in Hunter Tylo for a new stint, recasting the role might be an option. Whatever it takes to get Taylor back in the action!
There are now even more reasons for Taylor to potentially reenter the picture – that is if B&B’s willing to make it happen. Should Taylor return for Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) wedding and the birth of her baby?
Taylor would certainly want to be around for these important events in her daughter’s life. The Bold and the Beautiful writers can come up with excuses for Taylor to miss these milestones, but that doesn’t mean those reasons will make sense!
Taylor needs to come home and wouldn’t miss being there for Steffy on such joyous occasions – not if she was written in character and given the role she deserves in the story.
B&B fans are always rooting for a stronger focus on family and deep connections on the show. It’d be nice to see Taylor bond with Steffy again and perhaps get to know John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), too.
Of course, there’d be the opportunity for Taylor to lash out at Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) for nearly derailing Steffy’s romance by reeling her in again.
We could see Taylor praise Thomas for figuring out the paternity truth – and maybe even find clash with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) as usual, too.
There’d be some easy ways for Taylor to fit back in the story, so let’s hope there’s still a chance for Hunter Tylo’s comeback or even a recast situation. We’ll bring you updates as other B&B news becomes available.
