Randolph is sitting with Jake and Greg, the adoption agency confirmed it, they can’t have Lucy. Tina’s baby will go to a traditional family. Greg tells Jake that their baby is still out there, they just don’t know where he or she is yet.

Outside the hospital, AJ tells Mina that his parents love her. She says she was speaking to her mother too, there are not enough Nigerian surgeons, people are dying. Good Nigerian surgeons leave and come to America, like her, she is part of the problem. She says her mother needs help, he tells her he will get her help.
