The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will fight, so we’ll see the claws come out as the baby tension explodes. Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will no doubt feel like she’s stuck in the middle of this heated showdown, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of July 5-9, Y&R spoilers say there’ll be a moment where Mariah is out of touch somehow. Of course, that phrase can have a couple different meanings.
It’s possible Mariah will have some view that could be considered unsympathetic – particularly when it comes to Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan).
Mariah used to be trouble when she first came to town, so she knows it when she sees it! It seems like alarm bells are going off in Mariah’s head when it comes to Stitch and just how attached to Abby he is.
Mariah may voice her growing concerns and get accused of being insensitive in Abby’s eyes.
Abby really feels for Stitch since he’s lonely and going through such a hard time with Max Rayburn’s (Jared Breeze) declining condition. Although Abby will just want to help, Mariah may remind Abby that Stitch isn’t her problem.
Abby needs to be focusing on the baby and looking forward to Chance Chancellor’s (last played by Donny Boaz) return home.
Naturally, we can’t rule out the possibility that Mariah will be out of touch in a different way – like if Mariah’s busy dealing with work drama or off stealing some alone time with Tessa.
In that case, Abby might flip out since she’s got issues when it comes to people going MIA due to this whole situation with Chance. No matter what exactly the problem is, there’ll indeed be a problem.
It looks like Tessa will finally reach her breaking point and inject some much-needed conflict into this storyline.
This baby saga has been far too warm and fuzzy if you ask us. Y&R needs to make it messy, so that’s thankfully what they’re about to do.
Tessa may step up to defend Mariah since we know Tessa and Abby will face off during the week of July 12-16.
It might be a good idea for Tessa to remind Abby that they’ve put their lives on hold to make her family dreams come true. Abby needs to have some respect for that and take a seat! As other news and updates roll in, we’ll keep you posted.
