The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) future could be in jeopardy. Y&R fans know Amanda still isn’t in the loop on Devon’s hot night with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), which went down during the ice storm.
More passionate moments are brewing as Devon and Elena work to let go of what they previously shared.
However, Devon will do his best to focus on Amanda and the new spark they’ve found. Although Devon will feel like it’s the right call, he won’t count on Amanda finding out about the steaminess that’s been going on behind her back.
During the week of March 15-19, Amanda will sense that Devon is lying to her. There’ll be some situation where Amanda tries to catch Devon in that lie, so this may have something to do with a stunning discovery that’s looming.
It looks like a bracelet of Elena’s will be found at Devon’s penthouse and kick off this big reveal for Amanda.
Whatever the case, Amanda’s going to lash out at Devon eventually and may be tempted to walk away from him. Since Devon and Amanda’s romance is still pretty new, it’d probably be in Amanda’s best interest to just throw in the towel and find someone who isn’t hung up on his ex.
Nevertheless, it doesn’t always work that way on a soap – particularly when you’ve got two performers who have great onscreen chemistry like Bryton James and Mishael Morgan. Will The Young and the Restless really split Devon and Amanda up so soon?
Y&R writers might be tempted to give Amanda a reason to keep pursuing a future with Devon instead. Devon could pull out all the stops with some romantic gestures, but we’re thinking bigger. Could Amanda’s pregnancy be what saves her shot at a future with Devon?
Amanda might dump Devon once she realizes he’s still not over Elena – only to find out she’s pregnant with Devon’s child. It’d be a great way to keep Amanda in Devon’s orbit and perhaps complicate the surrogacy situation.
Devon might be tempted to back out of being the sperm donor if he learns he’s having a baby with Amanda, especially if Amanda pushes him to.
Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers say some surprising twists and turns are coming up for Devon, so we’ll see if a baby bomb is one of them. As other Y&R news comes in, we’ll deliver updates.
