The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) gamble will bring Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) emergency phone call. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will be forced to come clean up a mess, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
Lily had some serious reservations about getting tangled up in all the Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) drama again. It turns out Lily should’ve trusted her instincts since ChancComm is walking right into a setup.
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and even Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) all want to make sure Billy and his company are completely crushed. Adam even offered Lily a job since he argued they’d soon be scooping up ChancComm’s remains.
However, Lily has decided to get on board with Billy’s blackmail plot, which will become another major mistake. As Adam leads the charge and goes in for the kill, he may be the one who offers Billy a risky bet.
Billy is a gambler at heart and won’t be able to turn down the chance to chase that high. Adam knows this and will no doubt make it work in Newman Media’s favor.
Billy feels like he’s got a slam dunk against Newman Media through stashed Gaines and Camilla Rhodes’ letter. It’s a sure thing in Billy’s eyes, but he’s in for a shock thanks to Adam and the rest of the gang at Newman Media.
Billy and Lily should soon realize things aren’t as they seem when it comes to Gaines and his newfound loyalty. Gaines is working for the Newmans as part of their trap, but Billy isn’t the kind of guy who likes to lose.
Billy will want to double down instead, so that could be why he decides to make a bet that could put ChancComm even further in the hole.
That should leave Lily alarmed for more reasons than one since she won’t want Billy heading down that risky road – not to mention Lily won’t want him betting the farm either!
Billy could easily put the whole company in jeopardy to prove his point, so that may be why Lily takes drastic action with an emergency call. Lily will make that call during the week of November 22-26 – and we know Jill’s set to return to Genoa City before November sweeps winds down.
It sounds like Lily will call Jill to come clean up the mess Billy’s made and hope they can still salvage ChancComm’s future. As other Y&R news rolls in, we’ll pass along updates.
