The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, May 7, tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will work hard to make sure all the preparations are in place for Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) kidney donation.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is on his way home with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) on the Newman jet, but Victor will want to have everything ready for the transplant surgery.
Since Adam is a fugitive, that makes things a bit trickier. Victor will go to Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) as the family doctor and someone he trusts. The Young and the Restless fans will see Victor and Nate strike a deal for Faith’s sake, so Nate should be willing to keep this transplant surgery under wraps.
Adam will likely be admitted to the hospital under a fake name and taken in through some hidden entrance when he arrives. This will be a sneaky, hush-hush operation, but Faith’s health will be the priority.
Nate may not be able to make any promises once the kidney transplant is over, but he’ll agree to cooperate for now.
Meanwhile, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will keep things interesting for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Billy will find himself on some sort of chase, but he already promised he wouldn’t do anything to jeopardize Faith’s kidney transplant.
It doesn’t look like Billy will pursue anything related to Adam since he assured Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) he wouldn’t.
Instead, this chase may be something Lily arranges to intrigue Billy and liven up their romance Friday’s Y&R episode. Perhaps there’ll be a little scavenger hunt with some clues that lead Billy somewhere steamy.
Whatever the case, Billy and Lily will take a huge step forward as a couple this Friday. Could that mean deciding to get a proper place together instead of crashing in each other’s hotel suites all the time?
That seems like the logical next move for these two, but trouble could be on the horizon.
The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Lily and Billy will soon realize they’re not quite on the same page about the future. Moving in together is one thing, but there could be issues down the road once the topic of marriage comes up.
Y&R viewers will see some other problems hit before the month of May is over.
In the meantime, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will realize she needs a new plan ASAP. Victor has threatened to take away Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) if Chelsea doesn’t confess to the cops.
Unfortunately, a confession could mean being separated from Connor through a prison sentence, so that’s not what Chelsea wants either.
As a result, Chelsea will do some scheming again on Friday’s Young and the Restless episode. Chelsea will come up with a risky plot that she believes is her only solution – and it could be a deadly one if she decides to take Victor out for good and bolt with her son!
