The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 15, tease that Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will kiss after their vows and make this marriage official. Jesse Gaines’ (Jamison Jones) revenge will fail, but there’ll still be plenty of drama happening in Friday’s exciting show.
First, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will try to pry some answers out of Gaines after cornering him alone.
It probably won’t take Nick long to figure out Gaines was the one working with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), but Gaines may appeal to Nick as a protective brother. He might argue they still have a chance to derail the big day.
Although Nick doesn’t agree with Victoria’s decision to marry Ashland, he doesn’t want to cause any more issues for his sister.
Victoria is set on making this wedding happen, so stirring up trouble now would be cruel and would bring unnecessary humiliation.
Y&R fans can expect a tense showdown between Nick and Gaines, but how will it end?
It’s possible Gaines will give Nick the slip and cause wedding mayhem briefly, but it’s also possible Nick will manage to get rid of him and avoid disaster.
Either way, Nick’s actions won’t be enough to earn him major points with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
There’s a heated father-son faceoff coming up between Victor and Nick during the week of October 18-22, so Nick will still face backlash for some of the other family-related choices he’s made lately.
Fortunately, Victoria will become Mrs. Ashland Locke no matter what. She’ll have some beautiful vows to share with Ashland, who’ll share some of his own in return.
Despite all the Gaines chaos that’s been going on, Ashland and Victoria will officially tie the knot.
The reception will kick off soon after, so Sally will expect high praise for that fabulous gown of hers.
Sadly, Sally won’t receive any real accolades. Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) compliments and the fashion reviews will have to be enough for now.
We should mention that Sally and Adam are on the verge of locking lips again, so Sally can consider that her consolation prize!
As for Ashland and Victoria, they’ll be introduced as husband and wife. Ashland may not have much time left, but he’ll hope to savor every minute of wedding bliss with the woman he loves.
