The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the show recently put out a hot new preview video, which offers a glimpse at an upcoming Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) scene.
Once The Bold and the Beautiful’s “Dollar Bill” arrives in Genoa City for his meeting with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), he’ll stir up trouble right away.
In the Jabot boardroom, Bill will compliment the nice setup they’ve got around there. He’ll be impressed with how they’re running things at Jabot and Fenmore’s.
Suddenly, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will pop in and say a quick hello. That’ll give Bill a chance to push buttons in his usual charming way!
“Jack Rabbit! Ugh, dagnabbit. Jack ABBOTT,” Bill says as he corrects himself in the latest preview video. Although Bill will apologize for his immature comment, he’ll seem to enjoy poking fun at Jack and shaking things up.
Bill will note that he’s a work in progress and suggest that “the damn sarcasm dies a slow death.”
After Bill shifts gears and tells Jack it’s been a long time, he’ll ask how those “amazing sisters” of Jack’s are. Jack will be taken aback and point out that he wasn’t aware Bill knew Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland).
Bill will reply that he knows them “intimately,” which will give a fun nod to Don Diamont’s past as Brad Carlton on The Young and the Restless. Brad was a former flame of both Traci and Ashley, so this will be Y&R writers’ way of giving a little wink to fans.
However, Bill will eventually assure Jack that he’s just messing with him. He’ll chuckle and most likely want to get down to business soon after.
Bill’s confirmed to have scenes with Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) as well, so expect some tense moments as Sally’s once again haunted by her LA history.
As for Bill and that joke about knowing Jack’s sisters intimately, maybe that wouldn’t be such a bad idea! In past interviews, Beth Maitland has talked about how she’d like for Traci to cross paths with Bill.
It’d be great if sparks could fly between Bill and Traci or perhaps Bill and Ashley someday.
It’s at least something to keep in mind for future B&B and Y&R crossover events. Ashley and Traci could probably use a Bill hookup to spice up their lives, so you never know what might happen down the road.
For now, Bill will create some drama for Sally and deliver some excitement to GC. We’ll offer updates as other Y&R news emerges. The Young and the Restless spoilers say some bombshells are brewing, so don’t miss all the action.
