The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will find new reasons to feud in the coming weeks.
Sally may warn Summer to control her nosy, manipulative mother for starters! Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) refuses to leave Sally alone, so Sally may think Summer needs to get a grip on her overbearing mom.
Of course, Summer doesn’t want Phyllis spilling the details of Sally’s past since Sally could spill dirt on Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Sally knows Kyle had an affair with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and could confirm it to Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), who’s already been acting suspicious.
Sally also has a hunch that Kyle is Harrison Locke’s true father – just as Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) claimed.
Since Sally could inflict major damage, it’ll lead to more button pushing and conflict. Summer could do serious damage as well by exposing Sally’s past or at least letting Phyllis expose her.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally and Summer’s showdowns will get out of hand, so Lauren will feel like she has to make a bold move to stop this war for good.
Lauren will resort to doing something desperate and extreme, but how will Summer and Sally feel about Lauren’s strategy? Y&R fans just might see a mixed reaction.
It’s possible Lauren will finally grant Sally’s wish and offer a bigger promotion. Sally brings a lot of great ideas to the table anyway, but Lauren may think it’s best to force Sally and Summer to work together.
Summer certainly won’t like it if she has to run JCV with Sally. This could initially make the war even worse, but Lauren might argue it’ll be better for both JCV and Summer’s relationship with Sally.
Lauren may hope promoting Sally and forcing Summer to run JCV with her will be the magic cure for their issues. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally could find herself a step closer to stealing Summer’s job and flying solo!
If Lauren insists on having Sally and Summer run JCV as a team, then it won’t be long until Sally’s trying to overtake the position and leave Summer out in the cold.
