The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, April 26, tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will decide to get the last laugh. Y&R fans know Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is determined to give Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) a fresh start and secure his future – at least once all the wrongful poisoning accusations are cleared up.
With that in mind, Victor was willing to play dirty for his son’s sake. He ordered Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) to sign the contract before he got any help for Ashland’s heart attack. On Friday’s Y&R episode, Victor gets the signature he wants – and as a result, Ashland gets the medical attention he needs.
That outcome suits Victor just fine, but Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is outraged over Victor stealing Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) deal away from her. Monday’s exciting show will bring Billy’s retaliation, so it seems likely he’ll use ChancComm to drag Victor’s name through the mud.
Billy might run a story all about Victor’s cruelty and argue that it’s a “like father, like son” situation. This could make quite a splash since Adam is on the run and has been accused of poisoning a police detective.
Now Victor is prioritizing a media contract over a man’s life, so Billy can make it seem like this is how Adam learned his monstrous tendencies. Whatever the case, Billy will indeed make a vengeful move that’s sure to leave Victor fuming.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will stop by the penthouse with a proposal for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) to consider. Chelsea will be uneasy about working with Rey since she’s the guilty party, but she’ll know she has to play along.
Rey will pitch the idea of bringing Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) back from boarding school and using him as bait. He’ll hope that if Connor seems quite sick, it’ll draw Adam out of hiding to make sure his son is all right.
Chelsea won’t love the thought of using her son as part of a trap, but Rey will rev up the pressure and get her on board. Of course, Rey has suspicions about Chelsea deep down, so he’ll be watching her closely and testing her throughout this whole plan.
Finally, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will check in with Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) following her recent crisis. Nikki will be glad Faith is on the mend and will share her own recovery story to give Faith some rehab motivation.
Unfortunately, Faith will face a shocking medical setback later in the week, April 26-30, that’ll turn her world upside down!
