The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, December 13, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will fear a family emergency while Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) pulls off a big surprise. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will also consider a new path, so let’s talk about what’s coming up on Monday’s Y&R episode.
After getting an urgent text from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Nick will hightail it over to the ranch and wonder what’s wrong. He’ll expect there to be some serious situation – and it’ll indeed be serious from Nikki’s perspective!
Nikki will be sick and tired of all the fighting within the Newman clan lately. She’ll basically reveal that she’s set this little trap in hopes of forcing a truce between Nick and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).
Nick will probably be irritated over Nikki’s deception, but Victor should be all for clearing the air. Victor truly wants to patch things up with his son, so Nick will agree to try – at least for Nikki’s sake.
As for Amanda, she’ll try to distract Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) from his concerns about Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor.
It’s not good for Devon to worry constantly, so he deserves a chance to relax – perhaps with a home-cooked meal since it seems that’s what Amanda has in mind.
Amanda has shared recipes from her past in foster care before, so she may make another special dish and see what Devon thinks about it.
Although Devon will enjoy spending extra time with the woman he loves, his thoughts will inevitably drift back to Chance, Dominic and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) sooner or later.
While Devon continues to fret over Abby’s family, Noah will contemplate his future.
There’ll be some opportunity for Noah to consider, so is this about his career or his personal life? Noah has received multiple offers for work around town, so he might decide to take one of them.
Then again, Noah might mull over whether he should pursue another shot with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks).
That seems like a terrible idea considering Tessa is in love with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes), but Noah might wonder what it’d be like to have a second chance with Tessa anyway.
Regardless, Noah will have some tough decisions to make soon. As other Y&R news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop.
