The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 24, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will rage over Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) secret son and will warn Summer Newman (Hunter King) about the trouble that’s brewing. Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Amanda Sinclair (Karla Mosley) will team up after Victor lets her in on some surprising information.
For starters, let’s talk about Summer’s confession. Summer will put off coming clean to Nick for as long as she can – and it’s obvious why since Nick tends to overreact on Kyle-related matters anyway!
This time Nick has a legitimate reason to be concerned since Kyle has a three-year-old little boy that just dropped into his life.
Summer will admit the Harrison truth to Nick, but she’ll promise Kyle only recently found out about Harrison’s existence. Nick may find that hard to believe and certainly won’t trust Kyle.
There may be worries about Kyle reconnecting with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) as they co-parent, but Summer will try to act like it’s all going to work out.
Nick will explode over the constant drama Kyle brings to Summer’s life. He won’t think it’s wise for Summer to keep signing up for more heartbreak and issues, but Phyllis will rush to Summer’s defense.
Summer is a grown woman who has every right to make her own choices, so Phyllis will think Nick needs to back off and let his daughter do things her way.
As for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll be thrown for a loop when Kyle comes clean about Harrison being a product of his affair. Jack will also get updates on Kyle’s plan to claim paternity, so that’ll be a lot to wrap his head around.
Although Jack will worry about how Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) might retaliate, he’ll understand Kyle’s in a tight spot and will respect his decision.
Jack may even think this is a blessing in disguise since Kyle would regret it if he weren’t in the picture for Harrison.
Other Y&R spoilers say Victor will spill information that ties in with Amanda’s family history. Amanda will be taken aback when Victor offers this info – and she’ll be even more taken aback when Victor agrees to join forces.
There are still some secrets to uncover and mysteries to sort out when it comes to Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) and his inner circle. Victor will think he can be a useful ally, so Amanda will be glad to have Victor in her corner instead of working against her.
