The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, October 11, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will take a big risk in Tuscany – and it’ll be go time for Jessie Gaines (Jamison Jones)! Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also work to shield Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) from any damage that might be done to his reputation.
For starters, Nick will refuse to miss Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) wedding without at least trying to make peace. Victoria won’t be happy when Nick shows up, so she’ll remind him he’s no longer welcome to attend. She’ll continue to fume over Nick’s betrayal and won’t want someone so unsupportive at the nuptials.
However, Nick will push Victoria to see that he was just being a protective brother. He’ll assure Victoria of his love and hope she can find it in her heart to forgive him. Victoria will still be upset with Nick for flying all the way to Toms River just to dig up dirt on Ashland. Nick blatantly disregarded Victoria’s wishes, so she won’t be ready to put his blunder to rest.
That said, Victoria will confess to having even more concerns about Ashland and this wedding. As for whether Nick will be in attendance, Y&R spoilers say he’ll manage to include himself in the event one way or another.
Billy will also make the flight over with Gaines, who’ll be serving as a secret weapon due to his knowledge of Ashland’s past. Of course, Billy isn’t aware that Victoria already knows the whole ugly story! He’ll expect to open Victoria’s eyes and will count on Gaines to spill everything he spilled before.
While Gaines prepares to drop a bomb that’s already been dropped, Victor will strategize. He’ll do everything he can to protect Ashland from a scandal, especially since it could affect the Newman-Locke merger. Victor won’t want anything blowing back on Victoria or their family business, so he’ll be highly motivated to keep Ashland’s history hidden from the public.
