The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some characters will get a dose of good luck while others face difficult setbacks. During the week of February 1-5, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will receive a call that’s unwelcome at first.
It’ll be Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) on the other end of the line, so Sally will promptly blast him before he insists he’s got some news for her.
Theo will admit he’s in Chicago on a buying trip for the boutique business he’s now running in Paris. Since Theo isn’t too far from Genoa City, he’ll want to pop on over and deliver some damaging info about Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in person.
Sally will be pleasantly surprised at the thought of dirt just magically appearing like this. She’ll gladly agree to meet with Theo and see what he’s got for her.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Theo will still be looking to go after his cousin, so he’ll spill a secret from his days in New York with Kyle. They were wild party boys back then and made some pretty big mistakes.
Theo will share one of those mistakes with Sally and leave her armed with info that’s a true game-changer in this fight against Kyle and Summer Newman (Hunter King).
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Elena Dawson (Bryton James) will choose to put her steamy night with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) behind her. Since Devon won’t be looking for payback any longer, he’ll agree to stay quiet as well.
Unfortunately, Elena won’t really be following her heart. She’ll try to approach this logically and tell herself she has to keep looking ahead, not back.
Elena will kick things up a notch with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) after this and suggest that romantic trip he wanted to go on not too long ago. Nate may wonder what changed for Elena or perhaps he won’t question it since he’s getting what he wants!
Elena will also find herself in a position where she feels the need to protect Devon. That could mean telling a few fibs to Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) – just to make sure Devon’s chance with her stays on track.
Over with Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind), she’ll resist any assistance her family tries to offer. Faith doesn’t think she needs help and doesn’t see her drinking as a major issue. The harder everyone pushes Faith to stop, the more she may want to rebel.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will work particularly hard to help Faith, but she’ll get some serious pushback. As for Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), she’ll struggle once Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) starts her role as a mental health expert.
Sharon’s presence will indeed light a fire under Chelsea and motivate her to make progress in her recovery.
However, Chelsea will have to be careful not to do too much, too fast. The Young and the Restless spoilers point to Chelsea being pushed to her breaking point. It could lead to a setback if Chelsea isn’t careful.
Meanwhile, everyone involved in the surrogacy storyline will have to reevaluate. Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) will learn he’s got low sperm count and some low motility damage.
It’s possible Chance’s condition will change in the future, but for now he can’t give Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) a child.
Since Abby and Chance still want a family as soon as possible, that leaves using a sperm donor or adopting. Once Abby talks things over with Chance, it seems she’ll go to Mariah and pitch the donor idea.
This won’t really affect Mariah’s job as a surrogate, but she’ll still battle some concerns.
Mariah may begin to understand just how complicated all of this is, especially if she looks over the legal papers Abby’s having drawn up. The whole process is moving pretty fast, so that could add to Mariah’s worries.
Mariah will have another conversation with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), who should be perfectly supportive as usual. Even so, doubts will linger in the back of Mariah’s mind as the surrogacy moves forward. It’ll be interesting to see if Mariah pushes past her fears or pumps the brakes down the road.
As for Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), she’ll mull over what’s in her heart. Does Victoria wish she’d stuck it out with Billy and tried to make things work? Does it even matter now that Billy has fallen for Lily Winters (Christel Khalil)?
There’ll be some tough questions on Victoria’s mind, but Nikki and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will want their daughter to remember the pain of the past.
During the week of February 8-12, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will deliver a warning to Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Now that Sharon is working with Chelsea, Nick may feel the need to push for boundaries. Nick’s always going to care about Sharon as a close friend and the mother of his children.
Of course, Nick may also point out that although Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) may have compassion over Adam’s situation, that’s not the case for the rest of the family. Nick might insist his sympathy lies solely with Chelsea and let Adam know he’d better not use this situation to pull anything shady.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have a fierce faceoff with Sally. If you mess with Summer, you mess with Phyllis!
That’s a lesson Phyllis will want Sally to learn. As for Kyle, he’ll have to deal with the aftermath of the secret that’ll come back to haunt him courtesy of Theo and Sally.
Finally, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) from The Bold and the Beautiful will head to Genoa City. Another Y&R and B&B crossover is coming up, so this should tie in with the deal Summer made for JCV.
Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) mentioned a project she wanted Sally to work on, but she had concerns since it involved Bill.
Bill was once Sally’s old nemesis back in LA and could do some damage if he spills shockers, especially if Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) hears about them. Sally could start to squirm once Bill’s in town to shake things up! We’ll offer updates as other Y&R details emerge.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the next two weeks will come with plenty of action, so stay tuned. CDL will have all the sizzling Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news you need, so make us your hotspot.
