The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will demand revenge for Chance Chancellor’s (soon-to-be Connor Floyd) murder while Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) falls in a Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) trap. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will also work on finding a new path to happiness, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
During the week of November 1-5, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will split over his family.
Since Nick seems to care more about the inner circle he’s no longer part of, his relationship with Phyllis is falling to the wayside.
In the end, both Phyllis and Nick will agree it’s best if they break up since they don’t agree on much anymore.
Meanwhile, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will enjoy another round of flirty banter with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and go on a fishing expedition for info on Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Sally and Adam will also have to deal with a little scandal that results from their Tuscany trip.
The tabloids will treat Adam and Sally like a couple after some photos leak, so Sally probably won’t mind everyone thinking she’s Adam’s girlfriend. Chelsea, on the other hand, will most definitely mind!
As for Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway), she’ll feel like she’s spinning out as she copes with Chance’s death. Abby will rely on her support system, but that won’t stop her from feeling lost and alone.
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will make an admission to Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), which could leave Tessa concerned and eager to help Mariah deal with her lingering baby attachment issues.
As for Nina Webster (Tricia Cast), she’ll return to Genoa City after getting heartbreaking updates from Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell). Nina will mostly be in shock until she reunites with Abby and feels the weight of her grief.
It’ll become quite real for Nina that she’s lost her son, so she’ll mourn right along with Chance’s wife.
Back with Phyllis, she’ll reveal her breakup news to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and will reality check in response. Jack will feel the need to be firm yet loving with Phyllis.
Jack may argue that Phyllis and Nick have given up too quickly, but Phyllis just won’t see a way forward with him any longer.
Other Y&R spoilers say Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will fret over Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) deteriorating condition and what they’ll do if the Peruvian experimental treatment is a bust.
Victoria won’t want to face the thought of losing Ashland, but it’s something she’ll have to do eventually.
At Billy and Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) apartment, they’ll be blown away when Gaines shows up looking disheveled and out of it.
Gaines will suggest he’s made his escape from the Newmans and needs a safe place to hide, so Billy and Lily will grant him one – though Lily won’t be so sure this is a good idea.
Lily’s instincts should be right on the money since Victor is setting a trap for ChancComm. Gaines has apparently been roped into pulling off a con, so Billy should be in for a rude awakening once his downfall hits.
Over with Nick again, he’ll reach out to Victoria and hope for another shot at making amends.
Adam will also have a change of heart that leaves Nikki raising an eyebrow. Suspicions will swirl as Adam shifts gears, so this could involve Gaines and the strategy Victor’s employing.
As for Sutton Ames (Jack Landron), he’ll manage to get under Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) skin during all the upcoming trial drama.
Amanda will hope to get justice for her father and finally sink Sutton once and for all.
During the week of November 8-12, Abby will feel like she’s falling further and further into that blackhole of grief.
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) has been there before and will hope he can be there for Abby in her time of need.
While Devon tries to figure out the best way to help Abby, Victor will vow to get revenge. He’ll want the people behind Chance’s bombing to pay the price for killing Abby’s husband.
Could Victor’s pursuit of vengeance lead to hints about Chance actually being alive? Regardless, Chance indeed survived and will return down the road.
Until then, Noah will work on moving past his own heartbreak. That’ll be easier said than done, but Mariah and Tessa will do whatever they can to be there for Noah as he tries to move forward.
Victoria’s fears about Ashland’s health will also get worse, so there’ll be some troubled GC residents.
