The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the end of the poisoning storyline seems to be rapidly approaching. Now that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is putting his own hatred for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) aside and focusing on the facts of the case, he’s certainly taking a closer look at Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Chelsea’s sudden, miraculous recovery is awfully suspicious. There was also that comment Chelsea made about Rey not being “like the rest of us.”
Rey thought it seemed like Chelsea was lumping herself in with sinister Adam and the lengths he would go to. Every time Rey interacts with Chelsea, he seems more and more convinced that she’s the true culprit.
Now it’s just a matter of proving it, but Chelsea may add to her list of crimes first. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will make a risky move to gain an advantage over the Newmans – namely Victor since he’s the one threatening to take Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) away.
There are reasons to think Chelsea might resort to Victor’s attempted murder and add to her list of charges.
Since we know there’s a tense faceoff coming up at the ranch, that may be where Rey ultimately makes the arrest. The latest Y&R buzz indicates that Chelsea’s arrest isn’t too far off, so The Young and the Restless fans will be eager to see Chelsea pay the price.
Chelsea thought she’d come up with a foolproof scheme, but she should’ve known better than to go up against Victor. No one wins against Victor for long, so Chelsea should land in police custody soon enough.
Rey may haul Chelsea down to the station after she holds Victor at gunpoint if she indeed takes it that far.
