The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will fight back after Summer Newman (Hunter King) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) launch an attack. Once Sally gets updates on “Skyle’s” mission to score dirt in LA, she won’t be happy about it.
Sally’s trying to build a new reputation in Genoa City, but Kyle and Summer will put that plan in jeopardy. As a result, Sally will think fair is fair. If Sally’s going to be targeted with damaging information, then she’s entitled to dig up some dirt of her own and exploit it.
You might think Sally would focus on Summer since she wants Summer’s job, but Sally’s never one to do the expected! Besides, Summer and Kyle are practically attached at the hip. Targeting Kyle is just as good as targeting Summer – maybe even better depending on what the dirt Sally scores is.
Sally will feel like she needs to dig into Kyle’s past since he was so willing to dig into her own. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle’s history will come back to haunt him, but will this be a secret that’s known to fans or perhaps a new one?
Y&R viewers will remember the infamous “New York secret” that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) held over Kyle’s head. That secret was pretty lackluster since all Kyle and Theo did was take an underage drunk girl to the hospital.
Zoe Hardisty’s (Anna Grace Barlow) father was paid off, but there just wasn’t much drama in that whole scenario. Summer knows all about it and doesn’t care.
Sally has to dig deeper, but maybe what happened in New York could still be a factor. It always felt like Theo was holding out on viewers to some degree. There may be more secrets from that time period that fans aren’t in the loop on just yet.
Kyle was a party boy who undoubtedly slept with a lot of women, so could he have gotten one of them pregnant? Whether Kyle knows about it or not, that’s certainly a possibility here.
Since Sally’s a great manipulator, she might give Theo a call and act like the mean old Abbotts are giving her such a hard time. Sally might play the ally card again and act like Theo needs to give her something else.
On the other hand, maybe Sally could uncover a shocker from Kyle’s past another way. Regardless, can you imagine if Sally’s digging leads to Kyle learning he has a son or daughter – or that he paid someone to keep quiet about that?
Just think of Summer’s reaction if a little Abbott boy or girl comes trotting into town with Kyle’s former “baby mama.”
There’d be some serious potential in a story like that. No matter what Sally uses against Kyle, she’ll indeed give his history a closer look and play dirty. We’ll fill you in as other Y&R news rolls in.
