The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) may get pregnant with Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) baby at some point. Will their sizzling step bring Sally’s permanent tie to the Newmans?
Y&R viewers know Sally was previously hung up on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), but he couldn’t trust Sally after all the stunts she pulled.
Jack and Sally’s split was seemingly for the best since they’re very different people and had different visions for the future.
It’s clear that Jack’s embracing the grandpa stage of his life, but Sally’s young and hasn’t had a child of her own yet.
An Abbott baby was never in the cards for Sally, but perhaps a Newman baby could happen once she’s sleeping with Adam.
Now that Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) pregnancy storyline is over, it probably won’t be long until Y&R starts another one.
Could Sally be the next character to have a bun in the oven? It’s possible Sally could get pregnant by mistake and just decide to roll with it.
However, it’s also possible Sally will revert to her manipulative tendencies and get pregnant on purpose. After all, it wouldn’t be the first time Sally’s tried to!
When Sally was on The Bold and the Beautiful, she tracked her cycle to make it more likely that she could conceive and hoped to get her former flame in bed.
Sally’s plan was to knock Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) up and lock in their future together.
Although that plan failed, it proves Sally’s capable of something like that – as if there was ever any doubt in fans’ minds!
Sally is always going to do whatever she feels will help her get ahead, even if it could backfire or cause others distress.
It looks like Adam will kick off a real romance with Sally, but that may not be enough for her.
After what happened with Jack, Sally might want an insurance policy to keep Adam by her side. There are no guarantees, but Sally might think she’ll have better luck if she ultimately has a child with Adam.
Sally would at least be forever tied to the wealthy, powerful Newman clan through this potential baby, so she’d have a strong motive to want one.
