The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will hope to hitch a ride to Tuscany on the Newman jet. Sally will rope Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) into her risky bridal gown switch, but he may have concerns about this plot backfiring.
Y&R fans know Sally eavesdropped to figure out exactly what Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was looking for.
That allowed Sally to design the perfect wedding dress with Victoria in mind – and you can bet Victoria would like it far better than the lackluster one Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) offered that doesn’t even fit properly.
Victoria’s gearing up for even more Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) problems, so she won’t exactly be happy on her big day.
Victoria at least deserves to look good while all the chaos is going on! The problem is Sally targeted Summer Newman (Hunter King) and the Newmans protect their own.
Sally sent the designs so a rushed bridal gown could be made, but she’ll fear Victoria won’t even look at the finished product.
If Victoria realizes Sally’s behind this wedding dress, she might reject it out of loyalty to Summer and to avoid causing any issues among other protective family members.
However, Sally certainly isn’t a quitter and will think she just has to be smarter about how she gets the dress in Victoria’s hands.
Sally might plan to sneak in the bridal suite and swap her dress for the unsatisfactory one, but she has to get to Tuscany first.
That’s where Adam will come in – at least Sally hopes that’s where he’ll come in. Sally already dropped a hint about potentially accompanying Adam as a friend or colleague, but Adam didn’t take the bait.
Nevertheless, Sally may present this as a business opportunity since Victoria would be wearing a fashion tied to Newman Media.
Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) mentioned the idea of a full-fledged fashion line, so Sally might sell this as their debut offering and a way to put them on the map.
All Sally will need from Adam is a ride on the Newman jet, so that’s really the least he can do if this is going to be good for the company.
Sally might contend that after Victoria sees the dress and falls in love with it, they can come clean about the source and leave everyone eager to see more of their fashions.
Adam may worry this is just a ploy to score alone time with him at first, but Sally may insist she genuinely needs the ride and wonder if he’s going to help or not!
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Sally and Adam will keep doing this little dance, but there’s definitely hope for their romantic future.
