The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be jealous of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson’s (Melissa Claire Egan) holiday reunion. Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) parents will come together for their son, so that should leave Sally feeling a little left out.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which means Christmas won’t be far behind! Y&R fans can expect Chelsea to return just in time for the holiday season.
Adam made it clear to Connor that he wouldn’t be reuniting with Chelsea romantically, but that doesn’t mean they won’t spend time as a family.
In fact, Chelsea and Adam may agree it’s more important than ever to come together this year.
Despite the issues they’ve faced, Adam and Chelsea will no doubt want to show Connor that their love for him is what matters most.
They’ll want to prove to Connor that they’re still a family unit, even if his mom and dad are no longer an item.
Of course, Connor may end up getting his hopes up about a true reunion for Chelsea and Adam anyway.
Connor might witness some close moments and keep his fingers crossed that his parents are finding their way back to each other. You can bet Sally will have to wonder that as well.
Sally will inevitably find herself feeling jealous over this reconnection and worried “Chadam” is the way of the future. The question is: What will Sally do about it?
Sally isn’t a monster who wants to harm children, so she’ll have to consider Connor’s feelings and proceed with caution.
At the same time, Sally has proven time and time again that she’s a woman who goes after what she wants.
It’s tough to believe Sally will just sit back and watch Chelsea steal Adam back.
Sally should at least put up a fight for Adam, but she may have to be sneaky about it – and that plan will have to wait until after this time of holiday “Chadam” cheer.
Chelsea will work this family angle and that could be her biggest advantage when it comes to the battle for Adam’s heart.
Fortunately, Sally has quite a spark with Adam and can use their chemistry as her own advantage down the road.
