The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) will move forward with a romantic setup for Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Tara will hope that a night of memories and close moments will affect Kyle in the aftermath of his Summer Newman (Hunter King) split.
Y&R fans know Tara is forcing Summer to end her relationship with Kyle and take the Marchetti job offer in Italy.
This isn’t what Summer wants, but she feels she must do what she’s told – or else Tara could disappear with Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) and never look back.
It’d break Kyle’s heart if he lost his son now, but it would break his heart to lose Summer for good, too. Kyle will resolve to fight for Summer after she pushes him away, but Tara will be working just as hard to keep them apart.
Tara hopes she can crumble “Skyle” and set the stage for her own romantic reunion with Kyle instead.
As part of that plan, Tara will take advantage of some time alone with her former flame. She’ll probably make sure they enjoy another fun bonding session with Harrison – just to make sure Kyle sees the potential to be a united family.
Once Harrison is in bed, that could give Tara a chance to focus on the romantic side of things.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Tara will indeed set a trap of sorts – if only through their history and what she chooses to mention. Tara knows Kyle well enough to understand what memories will tug at his heartstrings and pull him closer.
It looks like Kyle and Tara will spend some time discussing the Hamptons on July 2.
There’ll be a little walk down memory lane as Tara tries to reel Kyle back in, but will her plan work? Kyle will be feeling sad and vulnerable, so should at least enjoy this tender conversation.
Although Kyle may not be ready to let sparks fly with Tara again, she could take steps in the right direction through this sweet and sizzling memory fest. We’ll provide updates as other news emerges.
