The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Thursday, March 25 Recap – Ashland’s Move Panics Kyle – Sharon Wants Adam Poisoning Proof

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 25, reveals that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be on edge over Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) recent phone call.

It was supposedly about a promotion at Jabot, but Kyle will think it’s weird that Ashland would call himself about something so minor.

Summer Newman (Hunter King) will try to downplay the idea that Ashland knows anything, but Kyle will think that call was suspicious – and so was the follow-up email.

Ashland is coming back to town soon to finalize his Cyaxares deal, but Kyle will think the back-to-back trips are a sign of trouble.

Now that Kyle knows there’s a reason to worry, he’ll feel like he should tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) about the affair he had with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner). There’ll be concerns about Ashland potentially targeting Jabot, so Kyle will think Jack deserves updates.

At The Grand Phoenix, Jack will push Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) to discuss their unfinished business. Phyllis will deny having any as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) gets off the elevator and looks at them nervously.

Jack will think this is about Kyle and Summer, so he’ll be ticked off about Phyllis hiding things regarding their children.

Sally will swoop in and argue that Jack needs to do some urgent prep work for the upcoming board meeting. Phyllis will assure Jack that she was just being dramatic with those texts. She’ll contend that Jack should just put this issue to bed, so he’ll let it go.

At the ranch, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have a conversation with Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). There was thankfully no trace of thallium found in Faith or Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) systems.

When Nick steps out to take a call, Faith will get a text from her secret admirer. She’ll admit to Nikki that she’s been texting a boy and wants to meet him for the first time. Nikki will agree to take Faith to that meeting, but only if her parents sign off.

Later, Nick will be brought in the loop and will wonder what this boy’s name is. He’ll also ask what grade this boy is in, but Faith won’t have any answers. Nikki will allude to the playful mystery involved and suggest that it’s romantic.

Nikki will promise to be with Faith the entire time, so Nick will allow the meeting and will vow to get it approved by Sharon.

At Crimson Lights, Faith will note that her mystery guy said he’d have a red backpack. Nikki will gently warn Faith not to get her hopes up about what this boy looks like.

Faith won’t be expecting Prince Charming, but she wouldn’t mind if he was cute. What Faith really wants to do is thank this boy for all the support he’s given her.

Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will be home from the hospital. Sharon will shudder to think of poison being in their house and won’t be sure she can look at the place the same way again.

Rey will promise that they’ll reclaim their home, but he’ll also think they need to discuss Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as the obvious poisoning suspect.

Sharon will get why Rey suspects Adam, but she’ll note that Rey has other enemies. Sharon will argue that maybe someone Rey testified against or arrested was responsible.

Rey will understand that Adam isn’t the only option, but he’ll still think Adam makes the most sense as someone who would want him out of the way.

Rey will point out that Adam would’ve had access to the ranch through Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He won’t find it hard to believe that Adam would try to kill him considering Adam’s history.

Sharon will think they need facts instead of speculation, so Rey will vow to get answers. The person responsible for this will pay!

At the penthouse, Dr. Lena Cavett (Dana Sparks) will wrap up an unscheduled appointment with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan). Adam will be grateful to the doc for squeezing Chelsea in, so Dr. Cavett will admit it sounded urgent.

Dr. Cavett will get the feeling that Adam thinks Chelsea made progress she was perhaps unable to repeat to him later.

However, Dr. Cavett will assure Adam there’s been no change in Chelsea’s condition. She’ll remind Adam that there’s no set timetable for Chelsea’s recovery and will push him to stay positive.

Once Dr. Cavett is gone, Adam will make a confession to Chelsea. In the back of Adam’s mind, he was still wondering if Chelsea found a way to send those texts to Sharon.

Adam will swear he’s not trying to hurt Chelsea and will return to his earlier theory that Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) must’ve done it. Once Chloe is summoned, Adam will confront her about the texts and get a denial.

Adam will point out that Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) could’ve hacked his devices, but Chloe will argue that Kevin works for the GCPD and would’ve told her to take a hike.

Adam will feel like he picked up on a weird vibe from Chloe the other day, but she’ll argue that things are always weird between them. As Chloe continues to deny any wrongdoing, Adam will push her to come clean if she’s interfering in his personal life.

Adam will suggest he won’t be so forgiving if he finds out Chloe is to blame on his own.

Chloe will argue that she wouldn’t hurt Chelsea by stirring things up between Adam and Sharon. She’ll argue that Adam seems to be deflecting blame instead. Chloe will accuse Adam of making a pass and getting busted. She’ll think Adam needs to own up to what he did and beg Chelsea’s forgiveness.

Chloe will end up mentioning the kiss Adam and Sharon shared, so Adam will scramble to explain that news. He’ll argue that he didn’t tell Chelsea since it was one mistake and meant nothing.

Chloe will contend that she doesn’t have to sabotage Chelsea and Adam’s relationship because Adam’s going to do that all on his own.

Later, Adam will admit to Chelsea that Chloe was pretty convincing, though he still won’t trust her. Adam will get that Chelsea’s probably angry about the kiss.

He’ll wish he could have a real conversation with Chelsea and will be unbelievably frustrated. Adam will insist something strange is going on and will promise to find out what it is.

Back with Rey, he’ll upset Sharon by making work calls when he should be resting. When Nikki brings Faith in the cottage, Faith will seem glum since the boy she was supposed to meet didn’t show up.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jordan (Madison Thompson) is actually behind those mysterious texts, so more heartbreak is ahead for Faith in the coming episodes.

In a moment alone, Nikki will realize Adam may have poisoned Rey. She’ll think back on Adam tampering with Victor’s meds and argue it was a form of poisoning, too.

Nikki will want to alert Victor to these Adam suspicions, but Sharon won’t think it’s fair to blow up Adam’s life without proof.

Y&R spoilers say Nikki will be appalled that it’s Sharon’s first instinct to defend Adam. When Nikki suggests she can only imagine the toll that must be taking on Sharon’s marriage, Rey will look pensive as he eavesdrops on the stairs.

Afterward, Rey will meet with DA Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and push for his help petitioning the judge for a warrant. Rey will be convinced Adam is to blame and won’t want to give him a chance to cover his tracks.

At The Grand Phoenix again, Phyllis will assure Nick that she’s just looking out for Jack as a friend because Sally can’t be trusted. Talk will turn to Adam as a potential suspect in the poisoning case. Nick will think it’s way past time for Sharon to see Adam for who he really is.

Back with Kyle, he’ll interrupt Jack and Sally as they make plans for another drive and lunch. Kyle will want to speak with Jack alone, but Sally will lurk outside the door and listen.

After Kyle confesses this is about Ashland and isn’t related to business, Sally will loudly drop a folder. Kyle will realize he needs to move this conversation somewhere more private, but he’ll assure Jack it’s not a stall tactic.

Once Nick drops by the cottage, Sharon will assume he blames Adam for the thallium like Rey and Nikki. Nevertheless, Sharon will argue that there’s not a shred of proof.

Nick will declare that Sharon should stop making excuses for Adam – that enough is enough! He’ll be eager to watch the cops nail Adam and give his brother what he deserves.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam will indeed land in some hot water soon, so stay tuned to Y&R! CDL’s the place to be for scorching Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news, so check back often.
