The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 10, tease that we’ll see the first signs of a Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) custody war as Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) face off. Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will also fear Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) relapse, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Ashland and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will await Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) reaction on their engagement announcement.
Victor will catch Victoria off guard when he congratulates her and wishes her happiness with Ashland – for however long they may have together.
We’ll see Victor put his concerns aside and focus on making Victoria feel supported, so she should be grateful.
Victor will even shock Victoria with a generous offer, so that might involve holding the nuptials at Top of the Tower or something along those lines.
Victor may suggest he’ll do whatever he can to make sure Victoria has the magical wedding day of her dreams.
Ashland will be pleased over how well that conversation goes, but some infuriating news is headed his way.
On Monday’s show, August 9, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) reveals to Jack that he’s going to live in Milan with Summer Newman (Hunter King). He adds that the plan is for Harrison to live there with them if Ashland will allow it.
Of course, it’s crazy to think Ashland’s just going to say arrivederci and let this little boy move across the globe without a fight.
Y&R spoilers say Jack and Ashland will end up in battle for control on Tuesday’s episode. Ashland might want to take Harrison out of the Abbott mansion and move him into Victoria’s place.
If Jack lets Kyle’s Italy intentions slip – or Kyle calls to pitch the idea himself – it could make things even worse.
Ashland is sure to fight back initially, but we’ll see if a change of heart comes down the road. Regardless, there’ll be a Jack and Ashland battle on Tuesday that’ll likely center around Harrison.
Over with Kevin, he’ll express concern about Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) working so closely with Adam.
Despite Adam’s insistence that he’s a changed man, Kevin just won’t buy it. He’ll worry that Adam could go back to his evil ways and burn Chloe in the process, but Chloe may promise to stay on guard.
Chloe will also meet a down-on-her-luck Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) within the next episode or two, so that’ll set the stage for a new alliance. We’ll keep you posted as other Y&R updates emerge.
