The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 17, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will realize she’s made a new enemy when Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) fights back. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will also demand a deal between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) – one that’ll restore some peace to the family.
First on Tuesday’s Y&R episode, Sally will have an uncomfortable run-in with Nikki at Crimson Lights. Although Sally will merely be annoyed at first, Nikki will make it clear there’s a reason to be scared – and not just of Victor!
Sally isn’t the kind of person who really gets spooked, especially not by some rich blonde who typically lets her husband handle any dirty work. However, Nikki will suggest she’s more than capable of taking matters into her own hands.
Nikki will want Sally to know that protecting the people she loves is her priority, so it isn’t wise to go after Summer Newman (Hunter King) or any other Newman ever again.
Since Sally is so scrappy, it’s hard to believe she’ll pay much attention to Nikki’s warning.
Sally always does what she feels is best for herself – at least in that moment! That’s probably not ever going to change, so Sally will just have to keep dealing with any consequences that come her way.
In the meantime, Victor will make a demand of his dueling children. He’ll be sick of Victoria and Adam’s feud, so he’ll order them to call a truce and try to restore some family peace.
Adam and Victoria’s war isn’t all that bad these days, but Victor would still like to see them stop all the clashing and co-exist peacefully if nothing else.
Since Victoria and Adam have bigger things to worry about, they should strike a deal to stay out of each other’s way.
Of course, Victor will hope that Adam can bond with Victoria like he’s bonded with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) lately.
Adam and Nick are making progress in their relationship, so maybe there’s indeed hope for Victoria and Adam to do the same.
Finally, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will receive some excellent advice from Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman).
Lauren may have some guidance about coping with a son who lives out of town – or perhaps this will involve another warning about Sally.
Whatever the case, Jack will walk away from the conversation feeling like he gained some valuable words of wisdom.
Lauren and Jack have a special friendship, so it’s always nice to see them coming together to help each other out.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack will hopefully find love and happiness in his new chapter, so stay tuned.
