The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, January 19, tease that Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will worry about Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) getting her heart broken.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has quite the reputation around town for being reckless and problematic. Although Lily feels like Billy has turned his life around, Nate may not be so sure.
Since Billy admits he’s falling in love with Lily in Monday’s episode, that might be something she confides in Nate on Tuesday. Lily’s excitement over her new romance may leave Nate concerned about where this will lead. Once Nate realizes things are getting pretty serious between Billy and Lily, he’ll offer a warning and hope Lily listens.
What it all boils down to is Nate cares about Lily and doesn’t want her to get hurt. Nate will respect Lily’s right to make choices about her love life, but he’ll hope she bubble-wraps her heart a bit in Billy’s case.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will have an intriguing chat with Elena Dawson (Bryton James). Whether they have another chance encounter or Elena seeks Devon out, this will be another step forward for the exes.
Devon has been doing his best to let go of the anger he felt after Elena cheated with Nate. That trend should continue, but it’ll still be a little weird when Elena fishes for info on the new lady in Devon’s life.
Devon has assured Elena that he’s just friends with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) – not that it’s any of Elena’s business now! Even so, curiosity will lead Elena to question Devon once more. Elena will sense the potential for Devon and Amanda to become far more than just close pals.
Elena may wonder if Devon could see himself falling for Amanda – or if maybe he’s unwilling to see that it’s already happening. Devon might confess that Amanda has become very special to him. He may not consciously be thinking about a romantic future with Amanda yet, but Elena might get the wheels turning.
Meanwhile, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will turn to an old foe for help. It’s no secret that Sharon and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) have had their fair share of issues over the years. However, Sharon’s cancer crisis was a game-changer that brought some nice moments between them.
Nikki was quite supportive of Sharon during that difficult time – and that’s something Sharon will never forget. Besides, if there’s one thing Sharon and Nikki can agree on, it’s that they want Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) to be safe.
Since Sharon and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) are worried about Faith’s drinking, Sharon will decide to get in touch with Nikki and fill her in on the situation.
Sharon previously decided a real therapist would be better for Faith, but it sounds like she’ll change her mind. Nick thought having Faith talk to her grandma might make her more comfortable, so Sharon might as well let Nikki give this a shot. Faith can always talk to a real therapist later if the plan fails.
Nikki will be glad Sharon came to her once she hears about Faith’s hangovers and penchant for partying. Both Sharon and Nikki will hope they can stop Faith before she heads any further down a dangerous road.
Y&R spoilers state that Nikki will have a heart-to-heart with Faith before long. Unfortunately, one conversation won’t be enough to change Faith’s ways. Nikki will still have a reason to worry about her granddaughter during the week of January 25-29, so we’ll see how she chooses to handle it.
