The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, March 2, tease that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will have some explaining to do. On Monday’s Y&R episode, Kyle gets confirmation from Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) that Harrison Locke is his son.
That happens during Tara’s visit to Genoa City, so there’s no need for Kyle to travel to New York as he previously planned.
The trouble is the canceled Jabot jet flight stirs up suspicions for Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and ultimately Summer Newman (Hunter King). On Tuesday, Kyle will know what he has to do.
The lies are just going to keep piling up if Kyle doesn’t come clean about Harrison, so it looks like it’s time for a full confession.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle will spill his secret to Summer, so she should find out the rest of the story – that Kyle’s affair with Tara resulted in a child. Naturally, that’ll be a lot for Summer to take in.
The fact that Kyle didn’t tell her the whole truth right away is inevitably going to be an issue, but Kyle will try to explain how terrified he was.
Kyle was afraid of how this news would affect his relationship with Summer, so he deceived and will have to apologize for that.
Once Summer hears about three-year-old Harrison and Tara’s confirmation that he’s Kyle’s son, she’ll probably need time to process what she’s learned. Summer will have to wrap her head around what this means for them as a couple and figure out if the broken trust can be repaired.
In the meantime, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will rat Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) out to Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman).
Phyllis will share that Sally’s been digging up information about the Abbotts online. She’ll insist she saw the proof for herself on Sally’s Internet browser.
Phyllis will also bring up Sally’s interest in Jack and argue that Sally clearly has an agenda. There’s a good chance Phyllis will sell Sally as some greedy gold digger who wants the wealth, power and semi-fame that comes with the Abbott name.
After Phyllis calls for Sally to be fired, Lauren will immediately dismiss the idea.
Lauren won’t think some online research and a crush on Jack are enough to give someone the boot at Fenmore’s – especially not someone as hardworking and talented as Sally.
Over with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), she’ll head back to the penthouse to see if she can figure out what’s wrong with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Chloe’s been out of town and hasn’t yet seen the scandalous kiss picture that’s floating around Genoa City.
As a result, it’ll continue to be tough for Chloe to crack the case. Fortunately, Chloe will get the idea to ask if Chelsea can move her hand enough to type.
Once Chelsea types out Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) names, Chloe will realize Adam’s committed a betrayal again.
This should lead to Chloe looking up the “Shadam” smooch photo and realizing exactly why Chelsea’s been so upset. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will concentrate on payback, so we’ll see if she can get Chloe to pitch in on a revenge plot.
