The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, October 12, tease that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) should get a surprise hero while Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) pressures Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will also catch up with their loved ones in Tuscany, so Y&R viewers are in for a treat.
After Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) brings Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) to the palazzo on Monday and tells him to stay put, the former lawyer will go missing anyway. Billy will be on the hunt for Gaines in Tuesday’s episode, but this may not be a simple case of the guy wandering off.
It seems more likely that Gaines was led away by someone – and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is perhaps the perfect fit here. Adam’s plane would’ve taken off around when Billy’s jet did, so Adam may have arrived just in time to take care of the problem.
Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will work to reassure Victoria. She may get updates on Billy traveling to Italy with Gaines, but Victor will make it clear that the matter will be handled.
Next, Phyllis will push Nick to accept Victoria’s olive branch – or at least the closest thing to one she’s willing to offer. Since Victoria won’t object to Nick attending the ceremony and reception, Phyllis will think he should take the win.
The problem is Nick will know Victoria’s heart isn’t in this. Nick won’t get why he should even be there if Victoria is merely going to tolerate him. He’ll suggest maybe he should just leave with Phyllis, but she probably won’t be keen on that for several reasons.
Phyllis won’t want Nick to regret missing out on family memories and may argue that Victoria wants him at the wedding deep down. Plus, Phyllis will be eager to wear her new Marchetti gown at the cocktail party. This is also a rare opportunity to spend time with Summer and Kyle, so Phyllis should convince Nick sticking around is the right call.
Speaking of Summer and Kyle, they’ll indeed show up with Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) on Tuesday’s show. Kyle and Summer will fill everyone in on their small yet magical nuptials, which sadly already happened offscreen in Milan.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will get a great blast from the past. Janice Lynde will reprise her role as Leslie Brooks, so long-time Y&R fans will certainly be excited to see her again.
