The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, June 22, teases that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will receive an important dad lesson while Summer Newman (Hunter King) debates taking a huge risk. Elena Dawson’s (Brytni Sarpy) wish will also come true, so there’ll be some exciting things happening in Tuesday’s Y&R episode.
Kyle will continue to adjust to fatherhood, but he won’t do it alone. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be there to offer support and reflect on his own experiences as a dad.
Of course, Jack had a pretty great father as well, so he’ll no doubt tell Kyle a story or two about John Abbott (Jerry Douglas).
The Young and the Restless has the prime opportunity to include some heartfelt flashbacks since Kyle will receive an Abbott family history lesson.
Regardless, Jack and Kyle will bond over Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez) as they look forward to making lots of memories.
As for Summer, she’ll contemplate a risky move. Summer leaves Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) a voicemail in Monday’s episode and hopes her mom will get back in touch with her.
Tuesday’s show could indeed bring that call, but will Summer really rat Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) out to Phyllis?
Summer may end up leaving out some of the details to make sure Tara doesn’t bolt with Harrison. We know Phyllis will face off with Tara by midweek so she should know something major is up – no matter how much Summer chooses to divulge.
Next, Elena will be over the moon when Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) makes a grand gesture. Nate will be tired of fighting his feelings for Elena, so he’ll put his heart out there and hope they can have a second chance at being together.
Nate will just need Elena to take the leap with him – and Elena will be ready to do just that.
While Nate and Elena heat things up, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will struggle to sleep at her mental health facility.
Thoughts of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will cloud Chelsea’s mind, so she’ll face some unsettling dreams and awaken in a panic.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will be on edge and could make some bold moves as part of her latest plan. Will this nightmare push Chelsea to put an escape plot in motion?
