The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will manage to patch things up. Since Chloe got pretty scared over Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) interrogation, she may decide they’re better off sticking together.
Chelsea may also apologize for bringing so much drama to Chloe’s life. That was never Chelsea’s intention, so it seems Chloe will forgive her bestie and take her out to dinner.
Chelsea has been cooped up in the penthouse for quite some time, so she should enjoy this chance to enjoy a meal elsewhere.
Naturally, Chelsea will have to keep pretending that her recovery’s still new. She’ll use a cane and move slowly to make sure she sells the lie while she’s in public.
Later, Chelsea will head home with Chloe for a new strategy session. As they’re talking, they’ll look over and see Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) lurking in the shadows.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor’s presence will naturally unsettle Chloe, who’ll immediately clam up.
Chloe will feel like this is ultimately Chelsea’s battle to fight since Victor’s main beef is with Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) new ex.
On an upcoming Y&R episode, Victor will point out that Chelsea’s cane is a nice touch. He’ll talk about Chelsea’s phony recovery and this push to pin her own crimes on Adam.
Victor will insist he’s a powerful man who’s not to be tested. He may remind Chelsea that he took custody of Christian Newman (Alex Wilson) away from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) once upon a time.
Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor will threaten to take away custody of Connor unless Chelsea confesses. Victor will want Chelsea to own up to the poisoning of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and take the heat off Adam.
Of course, this will leave Chelsea in a lose-lose situation on The Young and the Restless. Chelsea won’t want Victor to take Connor away from her, but they’ll be separated anyway if Chelsea confesses. Chelsea could land in prison for years and lose Connor as a result.
However, Victor might argue that Chelsea could craft a pretty good legal defense due to the brain trauma of her stroke.
It may be a situation where Victor argues Chelsea could potentially get off the hook for the poisoning, but not confessing will mean the certain loss of Connor.
Whatever the case, Chelsea will be terrified and ready to fight back during the week of May 3-7 on The Young and the Restless. It sounds like some hot action’s coming up, so stay tuned. CDL will have all the scorching Young and the Restless spoilers, news and updates you need, so pop back in soon.
