The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Wednesday, November 10 Recap – Devon Wants Dominic Taken Away – Abby Ignores Crying Baby

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers recap for Wednesday, November 10, teases that Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will want Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor out of his harmful house – and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor will ignore her own crying baby. Let’s talk about what Y&R has in store.

At the penthouse, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will reflect on a grueling day of testifying against Sutton Ames (Jack Landron). Although it was difficult at times, Amanda will confess it was cathartic as well.

Amanda will have some flashbacks of her time on the stand, where Amanda ripped Sutton to shreds and pushed for justice.

Michael will be grateful to Amanda for helping his case. He’ll truly think Amanda’s words made a difference, so Amanda will be hopeful about scoring a conviction.

Later, Devon will come home and exchange a mutually needed hug with Amanda. Although Devon wasn’t able to make it to the trial due to all the Chancellor mansion drama, Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) showed her support for Amanda.

Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) stayed away from the trial, but Amanda will think that was for the best since it would’ve been too hard. Talk will turn to Abby and how much she’s struggling.

Devon will feel like Abby’s mood strings are a problem and won’t think the Chancellor mansion is the best place for Dominic right now.

Devon will add that Dominic is picking up on the stress of the house and crying more than ever. Dominic’s schedule has also been off – and Devon will feel certain it all started when Abby received the news of Chance Chancellor’s (soon-to-be Connor Floyd) presumed death.

After Devon says it might be best if Dominic’s taken out of the house, he’ll admit he’s afraid of how Abby might react. Devon will note that it’d just be until Abby worked through everything and will push for Amanda’s take on the situation.

Amanda won’t really feel like it’s her place to weigh in, but she’ll agree with Devon’s desire to put Dominic first.

Although Devon won’t know if he should pull the trigger on his idea, Amanda will think he should follow his heart.

At the Chancellor mansion, Abby will push Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to distract her with a conversation about the weddings in Italy.

Nick will try, but it’ll be hard for Abby to hear about happy couples in love. They’ll end up at the park with Dominic, but Abby will get lost in marriage proposal memories and will fail to notice Dominic is crying in his stroller.

Since Abby will be so zoned out, Nick will pick Dominic up and comfort him.

At the Chancellor mansion later, Nick will fill Devon in on Abby being so preoccupied that she wasn’t even paying attention to Dominic.

At The Grand Phoenix, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will fume as she watches Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) share a close moment. Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will notice Sally’s agitation and wonder if she’s still pining for Jack.

However, Sally will insist she has zero hope and zero interest in rekindling anything. She’ll insist this is about how she’s treated like a pariah and a villain – all while Phyllis is somehow the “wicked witch with the heart of gold.”

Sally will wish she could expose Phyllis for the total fake that she is, so Phyllis will come up from behind and urge Sally to take her best shot.

After Phyllis argues that she’s the real deal, Sally will ask how Nick feels about Phyllis’ friendship with Jack. She’ll mention witnessing a cozy little scene in Tuscany and wonder if Nick would like to know about that.

Phyllis will be a bit thrown off her game, but she’ll insist whatever bomb Sally thinks she has is a dud.

At Phyllis’ urging, Chloe will drag Sally out to put an end to this confrontation. Jack will come along and notice Phyllis is upset, so she’ll admit she let Sally get under her skin again.

Phyllis will also wonder if there was any situation between them in Tuscany that might’ve seemed inappropriate, which will confuse Jack. He’ll recall that they stayed up late talking in Phyllis’ room, but Phyllis will brush that off as innocent and send Jack to his business meeting.

At Crimson Lights, Michael will give Sally the cold shoulder before reminding Chloe of her dinner invitation. Sally will view that as yet another example of how she’s never on the receiving end of forgiveness.

Chloe will urge Sally to stop with the self-pity already and will dish out some tough love. After Chloe warns Sally to focus on the good things in her life and quit blaming others, Sally will reluctantly admit Chloe’s right.

While Jack’s alone at Society, he’ll have flashbacks of special moments with Phyllis – including when Phyllis said Jack would always be in her heart. Although Jack will contemplate calling Phyllis, he’ll decide against it and put his phone back in his pocket.

Back at The Grand Phoenix, Phyllis will tell Amanda about the barrier she felt with Nick. It kept Phyllis from opening up to Nick in the same way as Jack.

After Phyllis offers a romantic history lesson, Amanda will think Phyllis still has a deep connection to Jack despite their rocky past.

Amanda will wonder if Phyllis has considered the possibility that she views Jack as more than a friend. She’ll ask if maybe Phyllis never fully got over Jack, so Phyllis will seem deep in thought.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Jack and Phyllis could be headed for a sizzling reunion, but things will remain complicated!
