The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, October 20, tease that Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) threat will send Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) packing while Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) faces Lauren Baldwin’s (Tracey E. Bregman) dress fury.
For starters, Billy will mull over Victor’s warning about taking everything he owns. It’s clear that Victor intends to come after Billy and ChancComm, so Billy will feel the need to leave enemy territory on Wednesday.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will certainly be fine with catching a quick flight out of town, but she may worry about what Billy plans to do next.
Billy will flee Tuscany in a hurry, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to back down from this fight. It just means Billy will be free to strategize somewhere a bit more pleasant!
Billy will insist the best defense is a massive offense, so he’ll want to make the first move back in Genoa City. Of course, how Billy goes about it could prove disastrous if he’s not careful.
Billy will be stuck on the idea of making Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) the new focus of the story, but that plan is destined to fail. There’s no way to destroy Gaines without dragging Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) down with him.
Not to mention it could highlight however Victor chose to handle Gaines and make the Newmans look horrible.
Billy will be playing with fire if he chooses this tactic, but we all know what a gambler he can be!
Speaking of gamblers, Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) risk paid off in a big way for Newman Media. Their fashion platform is poised to grow – and a design house is also set to happen if all goes well.
Unfortunately, Sally swooped in and made it so Lauren’s designer never got a chance to show off her own dress. Sally’s gown stole the show, so Lauren will confront Chloe about that in Wednesday’s Y&R episode.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will be present when Lauren demands answers from Chloe, so they may be forced to take sides and help calm things down.
Chloe will have to take all the heat until Sally comes home, but that’s probably for the best considering Sally’s history with Lauren.
In the end, Lauren will hopefully understand that making Victoria a blissful bride was most important. Back in Tuscany, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will do her best to help Victor and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) make peace.
Viewers will see Nikki serve as a mediator, but Nick seems too angry to let the feud go anytime soon.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say the Newman family has even more challenges ahead of them, so stay tuned.
