The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, October 27, tease that Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will faint over a new development in all the Chance Chancellor (last played by Donny Boaz) horror. Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) will also keep an alarming secret, so let’s discuss what Y&R has in store.
For starters, Abby will continue to believe Chance is out there somewhere. The alternative is just too terrible, so Abby will cling to hope – especially since she won’t feel like her connection to Chance is broken. Abby will maintain that if Chance were dead, she’d know it in her heart.
Meanwhile, Christine will receive some photos from a contact and mull over her next move. Since we know Christine and Ashley will hide a secret from Abby, they may consider keeping these pics under wraps. Ashley and Christine might worry about sending Abby over the edge since she’s already in a fragile state.
Regardless, Abby deserves all the facts and will end up looking through these photos anyway. There’ll be one so unsettling that it knocks Abby right off her feet! Abby will be deeply distressed by this particular pic, which may back up the idea that Chance is deceased.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Abby will keel over and have to rely on her support system more than ever. The good news is Chance is actually alive and will return down the road. The bad news is Abby will have to suffer through her grief in the meantime.
Wednesday’s episode will also bring Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) plea for help. Lily and Billy will hope Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) might become an ally, but they’ll probably be out of luck.
Victoria won’t have any interest in stirring up more Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) drama – and when it comes to ChancComm, Billy needs to be able to deal with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) threat on his own.
Even if Victoria admits she knows about the takedown plot, she won’t have any details and will want to keep it that way. Victoria may argue that she’s more concerned about Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) health battle and has to devote her attention to that.
Finally, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) will have something to bond over. It might be their mutual distrust of Adam and their fears about what’s ahead.
Kevin doesn’t love the way Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is so close to Adam through work – and Rey doesn’t approve of Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) always getting pulled back into Adam’s orbit.
Neither one of them is buying the new-and-improved Adam act, so that could be why Kevin and Rey will wind up on the same page. As other Y&R updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop.
