The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of December 6 – Sally’s Mission for Adam – Chance’s Trauma – Jack & Phyllis Start Anew

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of December 6-10 tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will carry out a mission for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) while Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) deals with his trauma. Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will also start anew, so it sounds like their romantic reunion is on the way.

First, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will deliver a warning to Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) since he’ll worry since she’s still trying to protect Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). Victoria will deny it, but Victor won’t be convinced and will try to offer his daughter some words of wisdom.

Victor will also have another conversation with Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) – presumably as he keeps working all the right angles in hopes of locking in a ChancComm deal. Over with Adam, he’ll have a task for Sally to accomplish. Adam will need Sally’s help with something, so he’ll recruit her and trust that she’ll come through for him.

Whether this involved the video project Sally’s been talking about or perhaps something related to the push to score ChancComm, Sally won’t let Adam down! In the meantime, Victor will realize he needs to have a little chat with his feuding children. He’ll sense that the war between Victoria and Adam is getting out of hand again, so he’ll take steps to steer them down the right path.

Of course, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) may feel like it’s Victor’s own fault that things have spiraled out of control. He’s accused Victor of pitting his children against each other and will remain at odds with some crucial family members

Nick will try to reach out to Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and make amends for his past mistakes, but it looks like Ashland will have a rather cold response. That could add to the Newman family tension since Ashland is now part of it, so Nick will continue to struggle with his outsider status.

Next, Victor and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will have a strategy session – perhaps to make sure all the proper security measures are in place for Chance’s homecoming. There could still be some danger, so it’s wise to take every precaution.

Nevertheless, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) won’t want to let such a momentous occasion go by without any fanfare. She’ll plan the party of the century to celebrate Chance’s return home, but he’ll find it difficult to have all eyes on him at the bash.

Chance still has a lot of trauma to work through, but Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will support him every step of the way. As for Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), he’ll have to hand Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor over to Abby and Chance. That’ll bring a tough goodbye and will give Devon an opportunity to hash things out with Chance.

Devon may admit he’s been angry with Chance for accepting that assignment, putting his life on the line and staying away for so long. Still, Devon will certainly be glad Chance survived. Chance will offer Devon plenty of gratitude for supporting his family while he was gone and may assure Devon he intends to do right by both Abby and Dominic from now on.

Other Y&R spoilers say Jack and Phyllis will agree to a new beginning. They’ll have a chance to talk and have that dinner they planned over the phone, so this could be the next step toward dating again. Afterward, Phyllis will have a hard conversation with Nick about regrets and the pain of the past.

Over with Chance again, he’ll settle into his daily life back in Genoa City. That’ll be nice in some ways and challenging in others. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also try to be civil despite wanting to rip into Victoria, so we’ll see how long it takes a fight to break out anyway.

Billy will make a vow to Lily, so that could be about not letting work drama affect their relationship. Unfortunately, it’s looking more and more like that’s a promise Billy won’t be able to keep!

Speaking of work drama, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Noah Newman’s (Rory Gibson) album art collaboration could raise more issues with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) than they bargained for. Mariah’s jealousy may grow as Noah and Tessa keep reconnecting.

Finally, Devon will confide his heartbreak during a conversation with Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan). The penthouse will no doubt feel empty once Dominic is gone, so Amanda will comfort Devon over the void he’s sure to feel.

As other Y&R news and updates emerge, we’ll keep you in the loop. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon will do his best to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so stay tuned. CDL will have other scorching Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news, so pop back in soon.
