The Young and the Restless spoilers update for the week of December 6-10 teases that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will reject Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) proposal while Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) busts Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will also own up to some of his mistakes, so here’s what Y&R fans can expect.
Billy will continue to work on a plan to gain control of ChancComm and make sure the Newmans come out as losers. Since Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) selling to whoever can pay top dollar, Billy will go to Jack for the extra funds. He’ll probably act like it’d be a great way for Jabot to expand their horizons, but Jack will turn Billy down – mostly because his brother will be so obsessed with vengeance.
Jack will feel like Billy just keeps trading one addition for another, so he won’t want any part of sinking Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). After Sally has a run-in with Billy and decides he’s in rough shape, Adam will have a tense encounter of his own with Billy.
After Bill pretends he’s intoxicated and causes a scene, Adam will decide to keep a closer eye on him through Sally – that is if she’s willing to cooperate and serve as a spy. Since Sally has repeatedly offered help to Adam, she should jump at the chance to provide it.
However, Lily will catch Sally signing on for this spy work and will likely sound the alarm to Billy later. Billy won’t be sure how he’s going to pull off a ChancComm grab without Jack’s money, but he’ll still want some form of revenge whether it involves the company or not.
After Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) finds Nick in the middle blasting Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), she’ll encourage Nick to see his own pattern of behavior. Nick’s always right and everyone is always wrong – at least in his eyes.
Victoria will push Nick to acknowledge that maybe he needs to stop blaming others and do some self-reflecting. Although Nick will pout for a bit, Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) may gentle help him see that Victoria’s right.
Nick will bond with Sharon as he remembers his past with her, but he’ll eventually turn his attention to a more recent breakup – namely his split from Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Y&R spoilers say Nick will own up to some of his relationship-shattering blunders and let Phyllis know he’s sorry for hurting her.
Phyllis will also be sorry for her own mistakes and the pain she caused Nick as well. This won’t fix what’s broken, but it’ll serve as some good closure for Nick and Phyllis as they look to the future.
Speaking of the future, Jack will be ready to talk to Phyllis about that. They’ll no doubt want to go slow, but they’ll be on the same page about a clean slate. Phyllis and Jack may officially agree to start dating again, so this will hopefully build to great things.
After Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) struggles to handle all the attention of his welcome home celebration, he’ll deal with more problems back at home. Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) may sense that Chance isn’t coping very well with the transition back to his regular life.
Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) won’t be coping the greatest either since the penthouse will seem awfully empty without Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor around. Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will be there to lend an ear and offer sympathy when Devon needs it.
As other Y&R news pops up, we’ll deliver updates. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon’s baby sorrow could get worse before it gets better, so stay tuned. CDL will have other sizzling Young and the Restless spoilers, updates and news, so drop by regularly.
