The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of February 8-12 teases that tension will erupt at Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuo) place. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) tends to be pretty much the only thing Rey and Sharon disagree on, so look for Adam to once again become a source of contention.
However, Rey’s reaction will be a bit different this time around. Up to now, Rey’s just been strongly suggesting that Sharon should keep her distance from Adam. Although Rey doesn’t like Sharon’s decision to help Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), he’s always been clear about it being Sharon’s choice and not his own.
Rey will change his mind after spotting Sharon and Adam in a close moment in Friday’s episode. After witnessing the exes holding hands, it’ll lead to a huge fight between Rey and Sharon next week.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Rey will get fed up and finally put his foot down when it comes to Sharon’s former flame.
“I am drawing a line in the sand; I don’t want you to see Adam again,” Rey declares in Y&R’s weekly preview video. Sharon looks stunned by Rey’s attitude shift, so she’s probably going to have some issues with her husband ordering her around. Sharon may argue that she’s Rey’s wife, not his property.
Nevertheless, Rey has tried being gentle and understanding plenty of times. It’s accomplishing nothing since Sharon always manages to drift back toward a dangerous bond with Adam.
Rey will try this new approach in hopes of saving his marriage, but it might backfire if Sharon doesn’t approve of how her jealous hubby’s handling it.
Meanwhile, secrets will once again come up in a conversation between Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). Amanda will want Devon’s deepest, darkest secrets – the ones he’s afraid she’ll find out.
It’s possible Devon will admit to sleeping with Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), but it looks like he’ll take this secret angle in another direction instead. Devon might confess his burning desires for Amanda and talk about just how strong of a connection he feels.
Whatever the case, Y&R fans can expect Devon and Amanda to make love in the week ahead. It’ll strengthen this powerful bond, but Elena will still feel connected to Devon as well.
While Elena tries to enjoy her tropical getaway with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), she’ll struggle to sleep and ruin her own fun.
Once Nate awakens and realizes Elena isn’t in bed, he’ll go off looking for her. Elena will eventually admit she had a dream that sort of shook her up. Nate will ask if it was about Devon – and you can bet he’ll be right!
Elena will be haunted by how steamy things got while she was stranded with Devon during the ice storm.
The Young and the Restless spoilers state that Elena will finally make a major confession, so it looks like the whole story will come pouring out.
Nate’s in for a shock when he realizes Devon and Elena reconnected in such a sizzling way behind his back. It’s safe to say this getaway will be ruined!
