The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of November 29-December 3 teases that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will share an emotional embrace as they finally reunite. Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will also get an amazing new job offer, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
For starters, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will propose a toast to Sinclair & Benedict: Attorneys at Law.
Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) will suggest maybe it should be Benedict & Sinclair instead, but she’ll probably just be joking around since Amanda is the one with seniority here.
Even so, this could be a little hint about the sister feud to come. Amanda and Imani did plenty of clashing back when they first met, so we know how feisty they can be with each other.
There’s always the potential for a heated sibling rivalry on a soap, especially when siblings start working together.
Next, Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will return to Genoa City and shock Lily with an exciting new opportunity.
It’ll throw Lily for a loop when Jill announces what she has in mind. “I want you to take over for me as head of Chancellor Industries,” Jill explains in Y&R’s weekly preview video.
Of course, Billy won’t be included in this conversation, so it’s obvious Jill wants Lily to fly solo on this.
Who can blame Jill after the mess Billy’s made lately? Lily is the one with the rational thought process and leadership skills necessary for this position, so Jill will insist it’s hers if she wants it.
As for ChancComm, Jill will kick off a bidding war between Newman-Locke and Newman Media.
Jill will hope she can drive the price up and still come out of this tricky situation a winner. Billy will no doubt feel like a loser screwup and may start to resent Lily if she accepts Jill’s promotion.
Finally, Chance and Abby will enjoy a heartfelt reunion when Conner Floyd makes his debut as a Chance recast.
Abby will arrive at the Dunaways’ home, where Chance has been hiding out on an island not too far from Valencia.
Abby will sit on the sofa with Kim Dunaway (Roxanne Hart) and wonder why Chance didn’t let Kim reach out to tell her that he was alive.
“Because she knew it would put you in terrible danger,” Chance says in the preview video. Abby then leaps off the couch to hug Chance tightly as they celebrate this special moment.
