The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for the week of October 25-29 teases that Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will keep some London secrets – and there’ll be some Chance Chancellor (last played by Donny Boaz) photo shock for Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway). Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will also need Dr. Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) advice, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
For starters, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will have to bail on Amanda Sinclair’s (Mishael Morgan) legal strategy session with Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).
Devon will warn Amanda not to make any hasty decisions when it comes to testifying against her grandfather, but he’ll ultimately leave to see what Abby’s emergency is.
That’ll leave Amanda to make the choice on her own – and she’ll indeed decide she’s willing to get on the stand and testify against Sutton Ames (Jack Landron). Amanda would bring her dead dad back if she could, but now getting justice for him will have to do.
Of course, Amanda’s decision to testify won’t be set in stone. She’ll end up making another decision later in the week – and this will prove rather upsetting.
It’s possible Amanda will rethink her testimony if Naya Benedict (Ptosha Storey) and Naya Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose) aren’t supportive.
Then again, Amanda might choose to move forward with the plan anyway, which would just be upsetting in another way.
Back with Devon, he’ll comfort Abby as she faces the possibility of Chance’s presumed death. Abby will feel like her strong connection to Chance would tell her if he was deceased, but she won’t be picking up that vibe.
Nevertheless, Abby will look at some pics Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) brings over – perhaps as proof to snap Abby out of denying her husband’s fate.
There’ll be one especially chilling photo that causes Abby to collapse, so she’ll need Devon and her other loved ones more than ever.
Christine and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will leave Abby in the dark on some particular piece of info, so they may be trying to protect her fragile heart.
It’s not a good idea to overwhelm Abby any more than they have to right now.
Next, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will get tired of the way Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) been treating her.
Phyllis honestly won’t know how to please Nick anymore, but she’ll have a better grip on things after confiding in Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Phyllis will think Nick needs to deal with the reality of their situation. She may push Nick to truly try to work through their issues or else they may fall apart like she predicted.
Once Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) finds out Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) is plotting another one of his infamous Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) takedowns, she’ll blast him for it.
Since Billy will want Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) to go after Adam for making Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) disappear, Sharon will push Rey to steer clear of this mess.
Adam saved Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) life more than once and is running a successful business. Adam also dialed back his Sharon obsession and has been interacting with her in a healthy way, so Sharon will throw her full support behind him.
That’ll no doubt irritate Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso), so may do some Adam venting when he meets up with Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart).
Y&R fans know Kevin tends to complain about Adam as well, so here’s his chance to commiserate.
As for Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi), he’ll wrap his head around some tough medical updates before asking Nate for his thoughts.
Ashland will hope Nate might have a more positive outlook, but that may be wishful thinking under the circumstances.
However, Ashland will at least take great pleasure in Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) acceptance of him. Victor truly seems to approve of his new son-in-law and will include him on the plan to blow up ChancComm.
Ashland will join Victor and Adam’s team, so the three of them will be a real force to be reckoned with!
It looks like Billy’s going to take Victor’s bait, which will probably involve some info on Gaines – even if it’s bogus. Billy and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will seek help from Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle), who may be torn about giving it.
Victoria can’t trust Billy, but she’ll at least hear him out before she decides what she’s going to do.
As Abby continues to struggle, she’ll get a visit from a worried Victor. Abby will lean on her father as she mourns Chance, but she’ll feel numb and wonder how she’s ever going to move forward.
Finally, Sharon will encourage Noah to share exactly what went down in London. She’ll sense that Noah was hurt badly enough to hightail it out of the U.K. and may assume a woman was involved.
Noah will try to keep his walls up, but Sharon may pry at least part of the story out of him eventually.
Noah told Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) that he fell for another artist who dumped him for someone else, so maybe Sharon will find out that painful secret, too.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Noah will hopefully find a new woman to love soon enough.
