On tonight’s WALKER season 1 episode 6, “When Geri (guest star Odette Annable) decides to sell the bar, it throws Walker (Jared Padalecki) for a loop.
With so many memories attached to the bar, he asks Geri to reconsider and reminds her of all the good times they’ve had there with Emily (guest star Genevieve Padalecki) and Hoyt (guest star Matt Barr). Meanwhile, Micki (Lindsey Morgan) is shocked when her mother (guest star Alex Meneses) drops in unexpectedly.”

In tonight’s Walker episode, Micki and Walker sit at the bar, drinking and talking about how he is in trouble for the previous spitting in a suspect’s face. The punk is now suing the department. Something triggers a memory of Emily. Geri interrupts with mail for him. Emily’s life insurance policy is in. It makes him sad. Just then the stairway breaks on the other side of the bar. So much for trying to pretend it’s a normal day.
Liam and Walker’s boss visit the man in prison accused of killing Emily. At home, Walker answers the phone. It’s Geri, she tells him she is selling the bar. This grabs his attention. Meanwhile, Micki’s mom pays her a surplus visit. Walker arrives at the bar just as Geri is talking to a realtor. He cannot let her sell. He is now going to investigate the staircase collapsing.
Micki freaks out as she gets ready to face her mom. She introduces Trey. Her mom just showed up because she didn’t know what she would say. She is also in town for work that involves Walker and his case. Micki gets irritated.
Walker drinks while Geri yells at him. How can she think of selling? She tells him she wants a fresh start. This makes Walker think about redecorating the bar with Emily. Weirdly, they talk about what they would do if they lost one another.
August and Stella get ready to go camping. They haven’t seen Walker so they think their dad might be bailing. Their grandparents plan to fill in. Stella has her own idea when a boy comes to pick her up. Meanwhile, Liam and Walker’s boss pay Hoyt a visit. They plan to put him in the same cell as Emily’s killer. They need to know if he really did it.
At the bar, Micki tells Walker her mom is working his case and this means trouble. She will take his badge. She is evil. Just then, Walker nails his hand to aboard. Micki calls Trey for advice. They just have to pull it out.
Walker needs a drink after she pulls out the nail. Trey arrives and brings Micki’s mom with him. Walker addresses Micki’s mom right away. He knows she is there to make him look like a rotten apple. She tells him no but the system is rotten. Trey patches Walker up who inadvertently lets slip that he is not trying to dodge the anniversary of his wife’s death by not going camping.
At home, Walker’s parents argue over letting Stella leave. At the bar, Micki helps Walker fix the stairs while asking questions her mom will ask. He gets mad and walks off.
Hoyt is officially put into the cell with Emily’s killer and immediately gets on his good side. Two hours in and Hoyt has already figured out the suspect is taking the fall for a crime he didn’t commit. He’s dying and must have made a deal with someone.
Night has arrived and Micki and Walker are still working as she retests him. They start to fight again. More of the ceiling collapses. Walker throws a chair, telling Micki this is all about Emily.
Micki and Walker finally sit and air out their feelings. Micki is going to try with her mom. Walker is going to plead guilty. Micki heads home to her mom and Trey. Walker calls his dad.
Walker and the family all meet up at the bar. They plan to camp in the bar, two of Emily’s favorite things. They all get ready for the night while Walker’s parents decide to continue camping on their own. They say goodbye to Trevor, the boy Stella has a crush on. Walker’s mom sends him home with a hot meal since he too lost his mom recently.
In the morning they eat breakfast. Geri arrives. The kids are sad about how she plans to sell the bar. August wants to use their mom’s life insurance to buy the place. Geri takes them up on their offer.
Liam and Walker’s boss find a connection between Geri and Emily’s death. Micki’s mom gets handcuffed in front of the court. Trevor visits his dad in jail and tells him Duke is alive and actually goes off of the name Walker, he is a Ranger.
