In tonight’s episode of You, Me & My Ex, Jimmy walks away from Lisa and Dom after Dom asks about their divorce. He comes back and tells Dom he needs to be honest. He cheated on Dom’s mom. Lisa tells Dom that there are consequences to her actions. Dom is surprised but takes it well. Later, Jimmy and Lisa sit down with their significant others and recall that time in their life. Lisa was pregame with Dom when she discovered the affair. She went into labor. She was hysterical. Lisa’s boyfriend starts to cry. He gets up and leaves the room.
Alex plans on proposing to Caroline today. She doesn’t know. She thinks they are going to get a cat. Alex cries thinking about marrying her. She has given him so much love and acceptance. He brings her to a coffee shop/cat emporium. While there, Caroline sees a cat with a bandana on that says “Will You Marry Me, Caroline”? She turns to see Alex on one knee with a ring. He tells her about how much he loves her.
April arrives at Loren’s for her bachelorette party. April’s mom and daughters are there. They drink and play pin the lips on John. He has a tattoo of Loren’s lips on his body. They also play a sex question game. April’s mom likes that April and Loren are close but finds it can be too much sometimes.
Caroline says yes to Alex. He cries. He has told his whole family he was proposing. He didn’t tell his ex, Steve.
Chantel ends up in the hospital. She has preeclampsia. After days in labor, Chantel has a c-section. Jen calls to tell Josh that baby Camila is here. He and his wife are thrilled. This is all very interesting for him since he is a sperm donor. Jen talks to producers, getting emotional until Chantel calls. She needs her back to the hospital.
While still on vacation, Lisa finally tells Wendy and Dom that she and Jack have been married for 8 years. They both think this is weird she hid this and they feel bad for Jack. Lisa jokes while discussing this with Jack there and Dom and Wendy. She flirts with Dom a little too, making them all uncomfortable.
Josh visits Jen at the hospital with their son. He wants to be there for her. He knows this is all scary during COVID and on top if that the baby is positive for the Coombs test. She has a high bilirubin count.
Jerry goes to visit Kaye. He brings her fruit and flowers to the cabin she is staying at. He knocks and she doesn’t answer for almost an hour. She calls the producers to tell them she left. She feels she is worth much more.
