Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) ghost may confront Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) about Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Will Abigail push the widower to fight for new love? Let’s talk about an intriguing Days visit that might be brewing for Chad.
DOOL fans will recall how Abigail paid a visit to Chad in the form of a vision.
That was back when Chad solved the murder mystery and made sure Clyde Weston (James Read) paid the price.
Abigail appeared to Chad and urged him to let her go, but that’s obviously been proven to be a difficult task.
Moving on from Abigail must feel like a betrayal on some level since Chad loved her so deeply.
Chad pumped the brakes with Stephanie and caused her to drift toward Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) instead, but he clearly can’t stop thinking about the woman he wants.
Things have gotten so bad that Chad plans to step away from SJPR and put some distance between them.
Chad just doesn’t feel he’s ready to put Abigail behind him yet – and he assumes Stephanie is happy with Alex anyway.
However, Days spoilers say Chad will get a surprise visitor during the week of December 19-23. Could that involve another sighting of Abigail’s ghost?
Abigail might appear in a vision again and wonder why Chad didn’t let go like she asked him to.
It’s easy to imagine Abigail dishing out some tough love and assuring Chad that she won’t hold it against him if he’s fallen for Stephanie.
It just seems like there’s a mental barrier for Chad – a line he’s unwilling to cross without a little nudge from Abigail in the great beyond.
One more ghostly Abigail visit might convince Chad that he’s ready to move on after all.
If Abigail herself pops up to give Chad permission and a shove in Stephanie’s direction, that might be enough.
Maybe Chad could decide to fight for Stephanie and hope it’s not too late since she’s in the early stages of her romance with Alex.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chad may have a change of heart down the road, so we’ll see if Abigail is the reason why.
