Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will get possessed, so the devil will temporarily jump from Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to his new host. Belle will land in a scary situation thanks to the devil’s twisted plan, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
During the week of March 14-18, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will get a visit from a concerned Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
Days spoilers say Ben will insist the devil is still in town and will share a shocking theory to back it up.
Ben may admit that he initially suspected Johnny was possessed – and so did Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal).
However, Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will continue to swear up and down that the devil is in Belle’s body.
That may not make much sense to Ben, especially since Belle hasn’t shown any warning signs other than the devil’s mark on her coat.
Nevertheless, Ben will share all the information he has and let Marlena decide her next step.
Marlena will eventually realize she needs to have a little chat with her daughter and find out the truth for herself.
Marlena may be skeptical about the idea of Belle being possessed and hope to disprove it.
Marlena certainly won’t want to believe the alternative, which is that her sweet Belle is now doing the devil’s bidding!
It turns out that although the devil hasn’t taken over Belle yet, he’ll indeed flood her mind and body soon.
The devil will jump into Belle long enough to tangle with Marlena, who’ll panic over Belle’s glowing eyes.
Johnny will be unconscious on the floor nearby, but he won’t be free for long.
The goal will be to make everyone believe the devil’s been inside Belle this entire time, but she’ll only be possessed for a few minutes.
Once Johnny awakens, the devil will go back inside him – though he’ll convince Marlena and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) that Belle is the sinister one here.
While Marlena and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) are busy plotting an exorcism that Belle doesn’t need, possessed Johnny can wreak havoc.
You can bet Johnny will do a lot more damage once suspicion is cast away from him.
Days spoilers say Johnny should need a real exorcism at some point, but Belle will have to deal with all the drama for now.
This DOOL storyline will continue to heat up as we head into the summer months, so the mayhem is far from over.
