Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, August 19, teases that Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will make a stabbing threat after some Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) mama drama. Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will also make a strange discovery, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
For starters, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will talk to Rachel now that she’s returned from California.
Rachel may be eager to see Kristen, but Brady will remain wary of this whole custody situation and what might happen next.
Kristen might spot Brady and Chloe having a little family moment with Rachel.
That’s the kind of thing that could really rile Kristen up and leave her insisting SHE is Rachel’s mother.
Kristen definitely won’t want Chloe going around acting like a mommy substitute.
Between that and the work hostility that’s already been playing out, Chloe and Kristen’s private interaction will get heated.
Kristen clearly has anger management issues, so those will be on full display when she picks up a letter opener and threatens to stab Chloe with it.
Of course, Kristen will stop herself from going that far – especially since it’d mean a fast trip back to Statesville.
Nevertheless, Chloe will feel like she needs to do something before Kristen makes her life even more miserable.
Days spoilers say Chloe will have a meeting with Gabi, so that’ll bring a pitch about teaming up.
Chloe will want Gabi’s help to push Kristen out of the picture, but she may not find the ally she’s looking for.
It’s complicated since Kristen is the one who helped put Gabi on the DiMera throne – and that means she’s indebted to her for now.
While Chloe tries to change Gabi’s mind, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will show up at Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) door and unleash his wrath.
The DiMera doc certainly won’t be pleased over Li pulling the plug on Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) in the lab.
Li may lie that it was a misunderstanding and turn Dr. Rolf’s attention to his new plot instead.
Days spoilers say Li will push Dr. Rolf to brainwash Stefan and make sure he only has eyes for Chloe.
Back with Gabi, she’ll be on a park bench when Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) spots her.
Johnny will stop his run and take a moment to offer an apology – most likely for what went down while the devil took over his body.
Later, Gabi will catch Dr. Rolf and Li off guard with her unexpected arrival. Days spoilers say Gabi will instantly be suspicious, so she’ll grill Li and Dr. Rolf about what’s going on.
At the DiMera mansion, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will remind Ava DiMera (Tamara Braun) of what’s at stake and urge her to sign over Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) shares.
If Ava will give EJ what he feels he’s rightfully owed, he’ll vow not to turn her in for helping Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) escape.
Ava will be distraught in the aftermath of EJ’s threats, so she’ll wind up in Johnny’s arms.
Johnny will hold Ava as they sit on the bed, so they’ll be in tempting territory.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Johnny and Ava’s connection will get under EJ’s skin soon, so stay tuned.
