Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Friday, December 2 Recap – Rachel’s Wedding Wish for Brady & Kristen – Susan Ghost Surprise

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Friday, December 2, reveals that Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) had a wedding wish for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) while a Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) “ghost” surprise played out. Let’s talk about all Friday’s DOOL action.

At the Kiriakis mansion, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) showed up with a presentation in hopes of becoming Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) executive assistant, but Alex turned him down.

Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) offered to make Leo his own assistant since he was set to return to work at Titan soon, but Leo worried about the optics.

In the end, Sonny agreed Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) would likely fire him over it and then they’d both need jobs.

However, Leo was touched that Sonny made the offer and even more touched when Sonny helped with his job search

. Sonny found a book illustrator position that he thought would be perfect for Leo since he loved art and was really good at it.

In Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) office, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) got a phone call about her arrest and was forced to scrap the whole statement she’d prepared with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn).

While they worked one a new one, Stephanie told Chad about having another date with Alex later tonight and admitted he turned out to be a great guy.

At the pub, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) stopped by Jada Hunter’s (Elia Cantu) room and called out that he’d be there if she needed anything.

Downstairs, Eric served one of the regulars at the bar and seemed tempted by the scotch.

When Alex arrived, he noticed Eric was just staring at the bottle and glass.

Alex took the drink off Eric’s hands and made a pitch about another photoshoot for Bella magazine, but Eric finally yelled at him to shut up.

That left Alex assuming something happened between Eric and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), but Eric made it clear that there’d be no more photoshoots and threatened to quit if need be.

Since it was going to be a late night, Stephanie called Alex to get a raincheck on their date.

Although Stephanie urged Chad to go home, he said they were in this together and wanted to stick around.

When Alex brought some takeout to Paulina’s office, he found Stephanie and Chad in a warm embrace.

Back with Eric at the pub, he downed a glass of scotch and knew he needed to get out of there.

At the bistro, Nicole opened up to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) about all the Jada abortion drama and how Eric blamed her.

EJ also blamed himself for Susan’s death, so they commiserated as they drank.

Since Nicole had been living in her office, the couch was killing her back.

Nicole figured she’d stay at the Salem Inn tonight, but EJ convinced her to come to the DiMera mansion and stay in one of the guest bedrooms.

Nicole nearly lost her balance while standing up, so EJ chuckled over her being more “blotto” than she realized. EJ did his best to steady Nicole as Eric walked in and saw them together.

In the town square on Friday’s Days episode, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black (Drake Hogeestyn) were concerned since Rachel’s Christmas list had a wish for Brady and Kristen to get married.

Marlena feared Brady could potentially be manipulated into a wedding, especially since Kristen told Rachel it was “very possible” she would marry her daddy.

If that was a real possibility, John wondered how they could stop it.

At the townhouse on Friday’s Days episode, Brady was stunned to see “Susan” in the living room.

“Susan” talked about the reports of her death being greatly exaggerated, but she stopped Brady from calling Marlena to reveal she was alive.

Kristen then took off her wig and explained that she was practicing to see if she could still pull off playing Susan.

Brady assumed the worst, but Kristen said she wanted to console EJ in the getup and convince him she was a Susan vision. That way, EJ wouldn’t blame himself for Susan’s death.

Brady found that surprisingly compassionate, but he still thought it was a terrible idea.

Once Kristen talked about how she’d miss Susan, Brady comforted her with a hug that Marlena, John and Rachel witnessed as they came home.

While Marlena confronted Kristen about filling Rachel’s head with ideas, John cornered Brady over the suspicious embrace.

Brady downplayed it and assured John that there was no risk of him falling for Kristen again.

Back with Kristen, she talked to the Marlena doll in the living room and admitted she never planned to visit EJ dressed as Susan.

Kristen just wanted Brady to see her in a different light – and the plan worked like a charm.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kristen will have some other tricks to pull Brady closer, so stay tuned to watch her try pulling them off!
