Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, December 23, tease that Jennifer Deveraux (Cady McClain) will return to Salem and team up with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to honor Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) memory. Chad and Jennifer will make that their mission when they visit the cemetery together, so they’ll offer mutual comfort.
Meanwhile, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will come home with the twins and thrill Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) with the family visit.
Days spoilers say Julie will have a wonderful Christmas thanks to this heartwarming DOOL reunion.
Later, Eli and Chad will connect over their somewhat similar situations. Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) isn’t dead like Abigail, but she’s still in prison and isn’t able to be a full-time parent like she wants.
Eli is on his own like Chad, so they’ll discuss the difficulties of being a single father.
Fortunately, Days spoilers say Abigail will show up as a vision and give Chad some guidance about how to make the holiday special for the kids.
It won’t be the same as a real reunion, but Chad will still feel a sense of peace thanks to deceased Abigail’s appearance.
It could help Chad take another step toward true closure.
Jennifer will hang her ornament on the Horton Christmas tree and look after Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) as well as Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron). Even so, Thomas’ curiosity will still lead him down the path to trouble.
Days spoilers say Thomas will get sneaky and ask way too many questions, so that’ll become a problem for Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
It sounds like Gwen and Xander will have a fire to put out thanks to Thomas’ meddling.
Xander will have his work cut out for him as he tries to stop Sarah Cook (Linsey Godfrey) from getting updates on all his schemes.
There’ll be some close calls and nerve-wracking moments for Xander during the holidays.
Days of our Lives spoilers say Gwen will inadvertently make matters worse in the coming episodes, so that’ll mean terrible news for Xander!
